Great spot for your cars and trucks! Very friendly and helpful staff. Dallas power washed my floor mats and made sure my wash was what I wanted and it was great.
This place is the best! Everyone here are so friendly and helpful. I LOVE the power of the vacuums....makes cleaning my 4 runner a breeze. The wash is hands down better than any other I have been to. Will never go to another one again! Thanks for coming here and providing us with a top notch car cleaning service.
Talk about southern hospitality!! I was traveling from my home state and stopped in at tidal wave to clean out my car before heading home in Savannah. I had the pleasure of speaking with Brian. Not only is he courteous, friendly, and charming, but also very helpful. I couldn’t get my card to go through. I was having difficult time and he assisted me with the process. I guess I just needed his touch ;) You have an amazing staff at this location!!!
Great car wash. The other one in town (southern shine) stripped clear coat off my truck and would not do anything. I have used total wave with the same truck for over a year and no problems.
When I first started coming here they did an excellent job. They used to use a pressure washer hose to clean the big stuff and spray the wheel wells. I have not said anything but for the last 6 weeks they have not sprayed the wheel wells. That was part of the reason I canceled another car wash for Tidal Wave. I don’t see any reason for paying the premium price if I’m not going to get premium service. I purposely waited to say anything thinking maybe the attendant was possibly having a bad day.
