Had a great experience here! The service was quick, thorough, and the whole team was super friendly. My car came out looking spotless and shiny — definitely one of the best washes I’ve had. Special shoutout to Francisco — he was an amazing, friendly guy who made the whole experience even better! paint job is ruined! Tidal Wave corporate office will respond “we take every complaint seriously” with adding a corporate email to file your complaint. Complaints whether you file at the location or with the provided email will go unanswered by Their Corporate office. Meanwhile still attempt to draft money out of your bank after you cancelled this service. Very dishonorable company.
This is hands down the best car wash in the Tampa area! The staff is always professional and courteous. We have a white Jeep and they always make our Betty White sparkling clean! Josh is exceptional!! Always goes above and beyond! Worth the money!!
Service here is exceptional! Emma was very helpful and went through every step of the wash with me when I first got there. She was super sweet and made sure she took the time to go through any questions I had. The customer service at this location is unlike any other! I will definitely be back!
Came in a couple of days ago and Ashley greeted me from the start and informed me of how safe my new car would be at the wash. She had excellent customer service. She answered all of my questions I had. I will be signing up when I come back.
