Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hands down the best car wash I have ever been to. From the moment I arrived, the polite and friendly staff made the experience welcoming and easy. paint job is ruined! Tidal Wave corporate office will respond “we take every complaint seriously” with adding a corporate email to file your complaint. Complaints whether you file at the location or with the provided email will go unanswered by Their Corporate office. Meanwhile still attempt to draft money out of your bank after you cancelled this service. Very dishonorable company.
Been coming here for a year now with my Tundra truck. I have the monthly plan and come at least once per week, sometimes more. Well worth it and all the employees are super friendly. Shout out to Xavier for always making the experience more personable!
