Had a great experience here! The service was quick, thorough, and the whole team was super friendly. My car came out looking spotless and shiny — definitely one of the best washes I’ve had. paint job is ruined! Tidal Wave corporate office will respond “we take every complaint seriously” with adding a corporate email to file your complaint. Complaints whether you file at the location or with the provided email will go unanswered by Their Corporate office. Meanwhile still attempt to draft money out of your bank after you cancelled this service. Very dishonorable company.
Been coming here for a year now with my Tundra truck. I have the monthly plan and come at least once per week, sometimes more. Well worth it and all the employees are super friendly. Shout out to Xavier for always making the experience more personable!
This is hands down the best car wash in the Tampa area! The staff is always professional and courteous. We have a white Jeep and they always make our Betty White sparkling clean! Josh is exceptional!! Always goes above and beyond! Worth the money!!
Ashley was very helpful explaining what the differences were between the washes and what benefits I would receive by purchasing a membership. You don’t see customer service like this anymore and it was a breath of fresh air and I left with a smile on my face. Just wanted to point out what an amazing job she’s doing!
