Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hands down the best car wash I have ever been to. From the moment I arrived, the polite and friendly staff made the experience welcoming and easy. They are professional, helpful, and clearly care about customer satisfaction. The car wash itself did an incredible job—my car came out absolutely spotless, looking and feeling brand new. I really appreciate the dry towels that are available afterward, which make it easy to finish cleaning and drying the car properly without rushing. The attention to detail ... read more
There is no soap at the beginning so the brushes are running dry. The staff is aware and the answer was that they were told to continue running cars like that. I was having a hard time working my way through my first car wash, and my anxiety was building up. I was about to have a panic attack, but luckily, a great kid by the name of Sean came in with a smile on his face and helped me out. Went by for a quick wash my attendant Sean was very knowledgeable and attentive. Sean explained how everything works including the payment club. I was only there for one wash so far but I definitely plan on returning! Maybe for the membership next time!
I had such a great experience at this car wash! The team was professional, efficient, and paid attention to every little detail—my car looked spotless outside and the vacuum’s helped make the inside look just as clean. You can really tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Emma! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made the whole experience even better with her friendly attitude and excellent service. It’s not every day you ... read more
