Had a great experience here! The service was quick, thorough, and the whole team was super friendly. My car came out looking spotless and shiny — definitely one of the best washes I’ve had. Ashley was very helpful explaining what the differences were between the washes and what benefits I would receive by purchasing a membership. You don’t see customer service like this anymore and it was a breath of fresh air and I left with a smile on my face. Just wanted to point out what an amazing job she’s doing!
Came in a couple of days ago and Ashley greeted me from the start and informed me of how safe my new car would be at the wash. She had excellent customer service. She answered all of my questions I had. I will be signing up when I come back.
Service here is exceptional! Emma was very helpful and went through every step of the wash with me when I first got there. She was super sweet and made sure she took the time to go through any questions I had. The customer service at this location is unlike any other! I will definitely be back!
Although, the staff is is very hardworking. I am not pleased with the damage this car wash has done to my clear coat on my 4 runner. About a month ago, I noticed the hood of 4 runner had scratches. I went for another car wash at Tidal Wave hoping to address the issue with the manager. After the car wash completed, I asked for the assistance of the manager.
