Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hands down the best car wash I have ever been to. From the moment I arrived, the polite and friendly staff made the experience welcoming and easy. Well I enjoyed my time having a subscription for Tidal Wave. Employees here are great and helpful. 5 Stars when purchasing a wash. However, the corporation itself is terrible when you cancel your subscription. DO NOT BUY A MEMBERSHIP WITH THIS COMPANY! I decided to cancel my subscription because I didn't use it often enough. I submitted my cancellation on 21 Jan 26. I got the confirmation email stating my subscription has cancelled. A month later I get charged the full amount. I inquired about this. paint job is ruined! Tidal Wave corporate office will respond “we take every complaint seriously” with adding a corporate email to file your complaint. Complaints whether you file at the location or with the provided email will go unanswered by Their Corporate office. Meanwhile still attempt to draft money out of your bank after you cancelled this service. Very dishonorable company.
