There is no soap at the beginning so the brushes are running dry. The staff is aware and the answer was that they were told to continue running cars like that. None warned us before entering the car wash. My car got scratched specifically in the rims. The pictures on my review are from after we clean the rims with a rag and spray.
Sean at Tidal Wave Auto Spa was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and made sure I had a great experience. He took the time to answer my questions, explain the services, and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s rare to find customer service that genuinely stands out, but Sean went above and beyond. Had a great experience at Tidal Wave Auto. The wash itself was fast, thorough, and left my car looking spotless. I was having a hard time working my way through my first car wash, and my anxiety was building up. I was about to have a panic attack, but luckily, a great kid by the name of Sean came in with a smile on his face and helped me out. His uplifting attitude helped ease my anxiety and made the car wash process easy. My husband and I had a great experience at this car wash, 10/10 would come back again!!
Went by for a quick wash my attendant Sean was very knowledgeable and attentive. Sean explained how everything works including the payment club. I was only there for one wash so far but I definitely plan on returning! Maybe for the membership next time!
