Great experience at Tidal experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa. I have a membership here and this is the best car wash I’ve been to. Today I spent a good amount of time cleaning my car and when I was ready to leave, Leave, my car had no power. I reached out to an employee name, Maddie And right away, she said she could help me jumpstart my car. The manager, Josh and director, Patrick Immediately came to assist in jumpstarting my car. I’ve been a customer for a couple of years and have enjoyed the professionalism and attention to details from all the employees. Recently, as I was vacuuming my vehicle, I had an item that was inadvertently sucked up. I contacted Joshua about retrieving the item and he was able to do so after hours. I got a text and picked it up the next morning!! Thanks Josh for the help and I will remain a loyal customer because of your care!

With a car wash on every corner now, what really sets them apart is the staff. This location is great! The guys at the prewash station really focus on cleaning the tough spots on the front of your vehicle. The vacuum station is always stocked with rags and cleaner for a do it yourself detail after your wash. The manager was actively walking around picking up trash and checking to make sure vehicles were clean. Will definitely continue to visit this location!

BEST car wash in town! The staff is so polite and caring towards my vehicle. My family and I are members, and it is so worth the services provided. They offer towels, spray, covered areas to get away from the sun while cleaning your vehicle after the wash that make this task so much easier in Florida’s weather. This place is completely unprofessional. We paid for a full month of car wash membership and clearly asked to cancel autopay for the next month only. Instead of doing that, they blocked my entire account, and I was denied access to a membership that was already fully paid. It has only been two weeks — meaning they took our money and then simply removed our ability to use the service. When I came in person to ask for help, the staff was extremely rude and aggressive.
