Great experience at Tidal experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa. I have a membership here and this is the best car wash I’ve been to. Today I spent a good amount of time cleaning my car and when I was ready to leave, Leave, my car had no power. I reached out to an employee name, Maddie And right away, she said she could help me jumpstart my car. The manager, Josh and director, Patrick Immediately came to assist in jumpstarting my car. A friend recommended I try Tidal Wave by the outlet mall to get my car cleaned and it did not disappoint. John the manager was amazing! He went above and beyond since he saw my car needed some extra TLC. During the prep phase he scrubbed my vehicle and even pressure washed areas that needed cleaning all before entering the car wash. I had a great experience thanks to Eron. Before the car entered the wash, he took extra time to clean off stubborn debris and ensure the vehicle was clean and ready for the wash. His attention to detail was impressive. On top of that, he was incredibly friendly, greeted me warmly, and made me feel appreciated as a customer. It’s rare to find both quality work and great customer service—this time I got both. Highly recommended!

Went in to get my car detailed and was left speachless, Eron took great care with my car. Came out looking as if it was fresh of the lot. Through that alone I can tell he takes pride in what he does, very respectful employee. I will be back to request his services again!
