Traveling through Florida, we stopped by Tidal Wave. I was very impressed at the cleanliness, spaciousness, and number of bays. The worker took extra time to make sure the bugs were scrubbed off the front and side mirrors before he sent us through. Every vacuum worked, there were plenty of clean towels and cleaning spray to wipe down your vehicle, and compressed air. We've used many Tidal waves but this one was, by far, the nicest. Way to go, Tidal Wave!!!
Although my initial experience wasn't the greatest the general manager made up for it didn't give me anything free, he just made me feel welcomed and was very apologetic and made sure that I was happy before I left. Love the simplicity of being able just to pull in on my way home from work and get a complete car wash in the matter of under 5 minutes... Of course I like to stay and use their towels and their vacuums and their glass cleaner LOL. But generally I'm on my way home from work and a quick 3 minute wash makes my truc... read more

I love coming to this car wash! It does a great job every time. My kids love going through so we visit often. The staff are great as well. Today, Grant was the one who took great care of us, even drawing a smiley face on my daughter's window. She loved that! 😁
