Lately every time I go through the car wash in Belleview FL my vehicle is just as dirty as it was before going through the car wash. The new employees you have working there don’t care about their job! They don’t even try anymore to get the bugs off customers vehicles! Definitely a waste of money every month if you have a monthly service!!! For the past few months none of the employees try getting the bugs off! These pictures were taken right after I came out of the car wash with bugs still all over the front of my car!!!
I had a great experience at this car wash! My car came out looking spotless, and the attention to detail was amazing. A special thank you to Jef for providing outstanding customer service. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done perfectly. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality car wash!
This tidal wash has great customer service, I am an older fella so some things fly past me, but I got a wash yesterday and the young girl Sophie was very helpful! She explained the memberships to me well enough to make me interested in the ceramic wash monthly plan. Great smile too that’s the face every business is going to need. Thanks tidal wave!
I love the fact that they actually wash the windows and rear for you. In addition to to that, the service area is always clean. The representatives are always professional and helpful. Trey was very nice. I highly recommend Tidal Wave. I can see my tires shine ✨️
I recently purchased the top plan here at this car wash with the help of Auroara! She is one of the managers. She greeted me with a smile and took her time to explain their service and the many options that are available. She is just as exceptional as Tidal Wave Car Wash!
