Been going here for awhile now got 2 top tier passes I spent little over 100 a month on they blew a big chunk of paint off my truck had me wait 9 days to offer me 100$ then called me back said to get a couple quotes this is 2 weeks from the incident and just said there not gonna do anything this is on top of my wiper almost getting ripped off multiple times because they kept forgetting to turn dryer wheel off.. i went fir a wash and now have a 1500 dollar repair bill if you value your vehicle I would not recommend...... upda... read more
Very disappointed with this car wash. I’ve been a loyal customer for well over a year paying for the top tier membership. I put a roof rack and bike rack on my brand new car back in July and when I started coming with those items attached no one said anything to me about not being allowed through. Even their own website has no mention of prohibiting entry for vehicles with roof mounted bike racks, only rear mounted such as trunk or hitch. Traveling through Florida, we stopped by Tidal Wave. I was very impressed at the cleanliness, spaciousness, and number of bays. The worker took extra time to make sure the bugs were scrubbed off the front and side mirrors before he sent us through. Every vacuum worked, there were plenty of clean towels and cleaning spray to wipe down your vehicle, and compressed air. We've used many Tidal waves but this one was, by far, the nicest. Way to go, Tidal Wave!!!
I had recently felt negatively about the fact you cannot easily cancel your membership with this place. But today I was in need of a car wash and had tried 2 other local car washes that kinda disappointed me compared to this one. I did get charged for services I didn't use when I didn't have my car and I tried to cancel and it took them two days to get back to me so I was charged for something I didn't want or need. Although my initial experience wasn't the greatest the general manager made up for it didn't give me anything free, he just made me feel welcomed and was very apologetic and made sure that I was happy before I left. Love the simplicity of being able just to pull in on my way home from work and get a complete car wash in the matter of under 5 minutes... Of course I like to stay and use their towels and their vacuums and their glass cleaner LOL. But generally I'm on my way home from work and a quick 3 minute wash makes my truc... read more
