Lately every time I go through the car wash in Belleview FL my vehicle is just as dirty as it was before going through the car wash. The new employees you have working there don’t care about their job! They don’t even try anymore to get the bugs off customers vehicles! Definitely a waste of money every month if you have a monthly service!!! For the past few months none of the employees try getting the bugs off! These pictures were taken right after I came out of the car wash with bugs still all over the front of my car!!!
We brought in two vehicles that were absolutely covered in mud, and Mason, Jamie, and Sophie were all friendly, hardworking, and had great attitudes. They did an awesome job getting the outside looking clean again. The undercarriage still had some mud, but was completely expected. I also appreciated the free vacuums, air station, microfiber towels, and surface cleaner. Great experience and excellent customer service!
I had an awesome experience at this car wash, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Jef. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, but Jef went above and beyond from the moment I arrived. This tidal wash has great customer service, I am an older fella so some things fly past me, but I got a wash yesterday and the young girl Sophie was very helpful! She explained the memberships to me well enough to make me interested in the ceramic wash monthly plan. Great smile too that’s the face every business is going to need. Thanks tidal wave!
