Been going here for awhile now got 2 top tier passes I spent little over 100 a month on they blew a big chunk of paint off my truck had me wait 9 days to offer me 100$ then called me back said to get a couple quotes this is 2 weeks from the incident and just said there not gonna do anything this is on top of my wiper almost getting ripped off multiple times because they kept forgetting to turn dryer wheel off.. i went fir a wash and now have a 1500 dollar repair bill if you value your vehicle I would not recommend...... upda... read more
Every time I come here it's always so clean, everyone is super helpful. I love the fact that everything you need is provided for you There's never an empty spray bottle or empty rack of towels. Everything is stocked and ready without having to ask. Mgr Trey has cultivated a great team full of professionals best care wash in the area.
Traveling through Florida, we stopped by Tidal Wave. I was very impressed at the cleanliness, spaciousness, and number of bays. The worker took extra time to make sure the bugs were scrubbed off the front and side mirrors before he sent us through. Every vacuum worked, there were plenty of clean towels and cleaning spray to wipe down your vehicle, and compressed air. We've used many Tidal waves but this one was, by far, the nicest. Way to go, Tidal Wave!!!
Been with these guys for almost a year. The roller at the end of the car wash damaged my front grill. The workers forgot to take pictures of it so I was asked to come back. I came back a week later due to a busy schedule and was told nothing can be done. They were fine with me canceling my membership rather than doing what is right.
First time using and I am very impressed with how clean my car came out and the vacuums are so powerful. 12 dollars is worth it to have access to the cleaning station. Very friendly staff and the grounds are very well kept. Look forward to coming back for my other cars!
