The car wash did great, employees were friendly. They prepped the car before going into the wash. The vacuum station was clean and stocked with clean towels and spray as well. Only issue is that they do not accept cash, so when I paid for the $12 wash with my card, there was no receipt, so it showed there was also tax added or a service fee. Otherwise great job.
LOVEEE THIS PLACE. Wonderful service! Bobby, Dillon, and Dayton are all excellent customer service representatives. Great pricing on all washes and memberships, always leaving my car spotless and sparking. I appreciate all the help from the employees here at tidal wave and you can truly see how much Robert loves his job! Would recommend to all vehicles!
I bought the $33 car wash, after excessive upselling!! In Lecanto Fl we have pine trees, sap gets on cars. I asked them to please remove the spots of sap from my windshield. I was told to guy buy a chemical! I had a dirty bumper from wd40 trying to loosen a screw to replace my plate. I still have sap on my windshield and a filthy bumper wirh dirt and wd40! I will not return and sharing this story with others.
The reason behind three stars is the fact that my mirror was folded over and my antenna was bent on my 2024 Jeep gladiator.. The positive note of my experience was that my vehicle looks and feels very sleek but it wasn’t able to remove the lime-rock dirt from my undercarriage 100% The highlight of my trip was meeting Philip. He was very well educated with the prices and communicated with me in the best way that I would understand the package I was paying for.
BUYER BEWARE: I have been using this car wash for two months and never had a problem until this week. It seems that the spare tire that was in the bed of my truck was considered a hazard to go through the car wash. Mind you I have been through the car wash numerous times with this spare tire in the bed of my truck. The managing general partner Bobby G.
