Extremely pleased with not just the wash but as important is the attitude of the people working there. I have personally witnessed Robert, the manger, interact with a customer in a manner that can only be described as helpful, tolerant and extremely friendly. Wow! I was NOT expecting the serious level of professionalism and hard work that would be involved when a friend sent me a voucher for a “free car wash”. It’s difficult level is also 5 star to just GET IN the parking lot. But, if you’re persistent enough to brave the labyrinth of road construction cones and detours, it is WORTH it!! We were expecting the normal roller drive thru wash. What we got was a personal hand scrubbed prewash prior to even receiving our complimentary wash and wax. As a member, I always appreciate the consistent quality and care they put into each wash. My Toyota Corolla with the sunroof and light interior always comes out spotless, inside and out. They take their time without holding you up, and the staff is always friendly and professional. Definitely worth the membership!
Today is the first time we have used the car wash here. Best experience EVER! Terrific customer service and this is the best our truck has looked since we purchased it in December 2024. The free vacuums and clean damp rags just topped off our experience. We will definitely be back!
Oh yes the managers and workers are very helpful and cheery. However they sell you a spiel that for only 30 bucks you can come in unlimited times to have your car washed for a month. What they don't tell you is that it auto renews the following month for almost twice that and every month you don't take action to get it cancelled. So you say hell no and try to cancel online and they're sorry they can't do that right now and you'll have to see someone at the location.
