My husband is very particular about his car washes. We took our truck here to the Ocala location and the staff was so thorough from the moment we entered. They sprayed a generous amount of soap and scrubbed at the beginning. Let’s just say, my husband was impressed. The free/included vacuums are great! They have smaller attachments that really get into the seats and small sections of the car. Tidal Wave is worth the monthly investment. I would highly recommend. Thank you!
I have never been to a better car wash. They put great effort into actually scrubbing it all the way around before we went through. We took our time vacuuming without feeling rushed.
On Jan 6 I stopped at Tidal Wave while traveling through the area. The staff were so helpful with sprinkler system residue on my car. They were thorough and I got a great car wash. They went above and beyond then wished me a safe trip. It was doubtful I would be a repeat customer from TN but they treated me and my vehicle as if we were their most valued customer. Marquis was wonderful! Our car was super dirty and I felt like he worked super hard at the prewash station to ensure our money was spent well! He did a great job and his customer service was stellar!
I visited Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Ocala, Florida, today, November 3, 2024, around 2:15 PM, and it was a truly disappointing experience. As I entered the car wash, I noticed that my vehicle wasn’t sprayed with water or soap in the initial stages, which should be standard in any car wash. Instead, the car only received a rinse toward the end, leaving it still dirty. I approached the attendant to let him know that my car was never properly prepped, only to be told they were out of soap and he was planning to shut down the system... read more
