There Vacuums are Really Strong, So Strong That When You Vacuum Your Car Rug The Vacuum Literally Sticks Too It. It Picks Up All The Debris and Dust On Your Carpet and Seats. Decent location, decent employees. This particular facility often leaves my car with spots of dirt remaining after the wash, and it NEVER rinses the soap off of the car completely. The tire shine will only do one side of the car (about 50% of the time), and when it does its usually just globs of tire shine caked up on the wheels/tired. Nothing that I feel is a huge deal, simply disappointing for the price. ***The copy/paste, generic "response from the owner" is not necessary.***
I will be back. The car wash was amazing. The vacuum area was under a rooted area, which in Memphis July heat was extremely nice. My only down side, I really like to clip my Weathertech car mats and give a good clean. They did not have clips. But other than that, A+. I HAVE ALREADY CALLED FRIENDS TO GO TO TIDAL INSTEAD OF COMPETITION.
Edit #2: Brandon (manager) reached out directly and rectified the situation. He was genuine and made things right! I last used this car wash in September of 2024. They enrolled me in a membership without my consent and have been charging my credit card monthly for six months. Cancelling has been a headache to say the least. Very unethical business practices. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I love their vacuum station with the cleaning cart. My car is always real clean when I leave.
