I love the greetings and service provided by this location on Germantown parkway. Every visit Iam greeted with a positive smile and enthusiastic staff. I wish they had more locations thoughout Memphis and the surrounding areas. This carwash has my car super clean like a mirror. Thanks to the GM , Assistant manager Colby and the staff.
Nice facility, as it is brand new. But that's it for the positives. Bought a $21 car wash, but the result was anything but good. It is the worst car wash I have used in Memphis area. Car did not get clean at all. Weak spots where it did not clean, bottom sides under the doors. Front bumper and grill looked untouched. Rear, the trunk and lights and back bumper was almost as bad as it was before the car wash. Not worth the prices they are charging. Not going back, as it is a complete waste of money.
As if we do not have enough car washes in Cordova,this place is taking up space and ruining vehicles.Wife and I get scratches every time we try. Be a real business owner and open something worth having in Cordova. You business owners travel and do nice things but you cant manage to do anything nice here.
Best car wash in Cordova honestly, vacuums are strong, cleans well and the towels are provided by them including the washer fluid. CAM is great guy as well and very welcoming
Employees attention to detail on various vehicles is lackluster. I shouldn't have to go through the car wash 3-4 times, in order to get my vehicle satisfactory clean.
