Tidal Wave always exceeds my expectations! Colby & every other staff member makes my day! From start to finish, their customer service was/is outstanding. It may sound funny, but I come to the car wash about 3-4 times a week because it’s therapeutic and the staff makes that experience 100x better. Best car wash in Cordova honestly, vacuums are strong, cleans well and the towels are provided by them including the washer fluid. CAM is great guy as well and very welcoming
Nice facility, as it is brand new. But that's it for the positives. Bought a $21 car wash, but the result was anything but good. It is the worst car wash I have used in Memphis area. Car did not get clean at all. Weak spots where it did not clean, bottom sides under the doors. Front bumper and grill looked untouched. Rear, the trunk and lights and back bumper was almost as bad as it was before the car wash. Not worth the prices they are charging. Not going back, as it is a complete waste of money.
I love the greetings and service provided by this location on Germantown parkway. Every visit Iam greeted with a positive smile and enthusiastic staff. I wish they had more locations thoughout Memphis and the surrounding areas. This carwash has my car super clean like a mirror. Thanks to the GM , Assistant manager Colby and the staff.
Went here for the Grand Opening of Tidal Wave today! My favorite car wash as of today! Come get your free wash today until next Wednesday! They have a good promotion for your first month $9.97! The vacuums definitely SUCK dirt off! 😂 (pun intended) They did a pre-scrub of the front and back of my car and also the windshield.
