Tidal Wave always exceeds my expectations! Colby & every other staff member makes my day! From start to finish, their customer service was/is outstanding. It may sound funny, but I come to the car wash about 3-4 times a week because it’s therapeutic and the staff makes that experience 100x better. Not a bad car wash but I’m canceling my membership because the members only lane is never open. Every time I go there I have to sit in line behind 4-5 cars at the gate while the attendant attempts to sell memberships and upgrades. I’m paying for a membership so I can save time and I should be able to go through the members gate without dealing with the attendant all the time.
Colby was super helpful and probably has the best customer service! First time being there as well! Family road trip stopped by quick wash and was super helpful
Amazing staff, quick, in and out in moments, my car looks brand new! Thanks to Colby being a very well communicative person, I felt welcome. A raise is well deserved!!
Best car wash in Cordova honestly, vacuums are strong, cleans well and the towels are provided by them including the washer fluid. CAM is great guy as well and very welcoming
