I was an extremely satisfied customer until this experience. Several weeks ago, I went through the car wash and was directed into the bay by an employee. As I pulled in, I immediately knew something wasn’t right. I rolled my window down and asked about a noise I was hearing, and the employee told me it was just my tire rubbing. It wasn’t. Excellent car wash we have a membership for two of their vehicles. Their tech technology is great. They’re vacuum cleaners are good and strong.
Jonny a good friend of mine was very knowledgeable in all of his memberships. He convinced me to get a free wash and I loved it. It left my car amazing ~rims and wheels looked very clean too, easy access to vacuums and they even cleaned my rugs with their pressure washer will come back to get a membership tomorrow! Amazing job.
Good luck cancelling your membership. My truck was totaled from and accident. I did it online. Get a response back saying they will review my request. Review! Cancel it. I don't have the vehicle. I had to call my bank because they continue to charge me card. I tried calling but put on hold to never speak to anyone. The service is good, but they will continue charging you and have zero customer support service. Extremely disappointed
Today was a day I’ll never forget. My car, as my life, was in shambles. My wife left me, she took the kids, took the house- took everything. I never thought my life would bring me here.
