This is a great car wash and the vacuums are exceptional. I have a bronco and the mirror on the side are very big and even pulled in the wash waskinda rough for them so I won't be going back with my bronco but any other vehicle I would definitely use it.its great
This is long overdue, but I need to give a huge shout out to Ayite and his team here at Tidal Wave in Halls! They are always so friendly and in a good mood! Our cars come out so clean and shiny, plus the wash bristles don’t rip out our Volvos rear wiper arm unlike Pure Magic (where we used to have a membership). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me!
The service was EXCEPTIONAL! I had the opportunity to attend their wash on their opening day while on my way home. The car wash left my car spotless and shiny! You can tell they put a lot of work into their wash. There was this cool rainbow effect the soap had that was cool to see. The staff literally took the time to speak with everyone!! I had never seen that before! Definitely excited about this new car wash in the community!
Staff is always very friendly and helpful (shout out to Krystal!). Vacuums are amazing, my car doesn’t get scratched up, and all the bugs come off. Highly recommend!
My truck is unbelievably clean after the wash. The man that works at the gate is always very friendly, keeps a great attitude, and keeps things moving along. Great vacuums. You guys hire great people that make a difference in customer experience.
