Was just asked to leave a review as they have "not been getting enough good reviews" at the Morristown location. When I first began coming here, it was brand new and everything went well. As the weeks grew on, as did the price of the monthly service (began at $39 and went to $54) the quality of the washes and services available went quickly downhill. I am a Tidal wave monthly member. I go at least once a week. It is always well stocked. The most memorable thing there is the staff. They are always helpful and friendly. The staff is what would make me choose this location even if there was a better price somewhere else.
I have the monthly plan at Tidal Wave Auto Spa. There’s always plenty of towels the vacuums work great and plenty of glass cleaner every time you come in! They’re very friendly and I think you can’t beat the deal. Even before I move to the west end of town and lived on the east end, I still drove down here for this car wash! Great people

So I used to go here every week, I pass another car wash just like it to go to this one and I turn in 30 seconds before I get to another one just like it on the same road. This time I pull up and tell the kid working I believe I will do the 27 dollar one, he starts into his pressure sale pitch that I hear every visit, no biggie I interrupt and say no I’m not interested only the 27 dollar wash.
