I had an amazing experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash! My vehicle came out looking spotless, and the entire process was quick, efficient, and professional. Was just asked to leave a review as they have "not been getting enough good reviews" at the Morristown location. When I first began coming here, it was brand new and everything went well. As the weeks grew on, as did the price of the monthly service (began at $39 and went to $54) the quality of the washes and services available went quickly downhill. For months, the towels have been wet and moldy smelling. The spray bottles were cheap and never worked but have only gotten worse and have reached unfunctional. Either losting... read more
This is the absolute best place to go get your car washed. My car was super clean after going! I definitely recommend going and getting your car washed here. Also Steve is the best!
Had a wonderful experience today. Great carwash. There wash an employee Angie I think her name was. She was so friendly. Answered all my question eagerly and was just a ball of joy. Thanks Angie for making my experience great!
DO NOT purchase a monthly membership here! They make it literally impossible to cancel it. We moved out of Morristown over two years ago and still get charged monthly. We drove all the way to the location and they said the manager wasn't there to cancel it for us; we call weekly and no one picks up the phone; you email them and get the run around and can't get a single person to call you back. We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Worst customer experience we have ever had.
