I've been using Tidal wave for around a year now. I switched from Ultimate Shine do to the plans being cheaper at the time. Tidal wave over the last several months has started to slack on their washes. This is my truck as soon as I left the wash. I've brought up my concerns with the staff and they are aware through other complaints. I guess I'll be going back to Ultimate shine.
Very welcoming employees very friendly and good at what they do . I'm very happy everytime I go feeling so welcome great place. The graph x shine is amazing best around . Vacuums are powerful and work awesome. All around a great place to get your car wash definitely a 10☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ WINNER
Always a great place. So much better than the other washes in the area and they honor your membership. No random changes or fees. Jared done a great job precleaning my suv. Always a pleasure coming through.
This was, without exaggeration, the poorest car wash service I’ve ever encountered. For a $30 one-time wash, I expected the ability to self clean brand new tires with the cleaning brush. While the staff wasn’t rude, their inflexible process was baffling. I fully understand refusing to clean heavily soiled or muddy tires to avoid scratching vehicles. However, mine were freshly installed 9 minutes prior at Porters Tire. I emphasized this twice, but my concerns were dismissed outright.
Worst ever. I went to the Morristown location spoke with someone to cancel my membership over 15 days before it was set to renew. I was told it was taken care of. 2 weeks after my membership was set to renew. They took the money out again. And now I can't reach no one. So I gave a 1 star about 10am this morning. By 11 a Ms. Rebecca called. Very pleasant lady. Rectified this. Apologies and promised to speak to the person. I am glad she was professional and didn't place blame, or spoke I'll of her staff.
