So I used to go here every week, I pass another car wash just like it to go to this one and I turn in 30 seconds before I get to another one just like it on the same road. This time I pull up and tell the kid working I believe I will do the 27 dollar one, he starts into his pressure sale pitch that I hear every visit, no biggie I interrupt and say no I’m not interested only the 27 dollar wash. I've been using Tidal wave for around a year now. I switched from Ultimate Shine do to the plans being cheaper at the time. Tidal wave over the last several months has started to slack on their washes. This is my truck as soon as I left the wash. I've brought up my concerns with the staff and they are aware through other complaints. I guess I'll be going back to Ultimate shine.
DON’T GO HERE! They don’t cover any cars over 10 years old. Their brushes ripped off my bumper. In the middle of the wash I heard a horrible popping sound and then everything shut down. There was nothing wrong with my bumper before entering the wash. I had a dent in my passenger door that is isolated only to the door but absolutely nothing wrong with my bumper prior to going through the car wash. This is crazy!! Very welcoming employees very friendly and good at what they do . I'm very happy everytime I go feeling so welcome great place. The graph x shine is amazing best around . Vacuums are powerful and work awesome. All around a great place to get your car wash definitely a 10☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ WINNER
