Was just asked to leave a review as they have "not been getting enough good reviews" at the Morristown location. When I first began coming here, it was brand new and everything went well. As the weeks grew on, as did the price of the monthly service (began at $39 and went to $54) the quality of the washes and services available went quickly downhill. This is a nice car wash but bummed they just went up significantly in pricing after I had a "set price" package. They just canceled my previous package with no other option but to purchase the higher priced packages. Jeremy is great though, all staff is really nice.

I have the monthly plan at Tidal Wave Auto Spa. There’s always plenty of towels the vacuums work great and plenty of glass cleaner every time you come in! They’re very friendly and I think you can’t beat the deal. Even before I move to the west end of town and lived on the east end, I still drove down here for this car wash! Great people

I am a Tidal wave monthly member. I go at least once a week. It is always well stocked. The most memorable thing there is the staff. They are always helpful and friendly. The staff is what would make me choose this location even if there was a better price somewhere else.
