I was hoping to not to leave this review but after a week of not hearing back anything from management I felt compelled to. We went through the wash and pulled around, my husband got out to push back out the side mirrors and noticed that it looked off. We went back up to the window and the guy said he was stumped and never saw that happen before and thought maybe some of the soap didn’t get rinsed off all the way. I had such a great experience here! The car wash itself did an amazing job—my car looked spotless inside and out, like it had just come off the lot. What really stood out though was how kind and helpful the staff were. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about doing a good job. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I was happy before I left. This car wash absolutely destroyed our paint. Dozens of chips take. Out and huge white scratches. UNREAL. *edit* I made the incident report at the business and still haven’t heard back in almost two weeks. They do not care.
Hubby and I came here for the first time the other day. Service was absolutely amazing, Conner did great with our vehicle and gave us lots of respect and care with our vehicle and us as well. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience. Will definitely be returning!
This car wash was great! I was skeptical about this place after having had sub par experiences at other car washes, but this is the cleanest it’s ever been after a car wash. I can’t attest to the wheels, because I did those myself, but the body looks great! Staff was also friendly and helpful. There was a decent amount of gunk on my car after having gone to Big Sky and back twice, so I’m happy with this.
