I had such a great experience here! The car wash itself did an amazing job—my car looked spotless inside and out, like it had just come off the lot. What really stood out though was how kind and helpful the staff were. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about doing a good job. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I was happy before I left. I was hoping to not to leave this review but after a week of not hearing back anything from management I felt compelled to. We went through the wash and pulled around, my husband got out to push back out the side mirrors and noticed that it looked off. We went back up to the window and the guy said he was stumped and never saw that happen before and thought maybe some of the soap didn’t get rinsed off all the way. I paid twice as much as I would have in four corners for a wash that was less quality. My car came out more wet, and less clean compared to other quality washes in town. I paid $30. The microfiber towels provided were wet before I used them. Both of my (power) mirrors were folded in by the brushes, but still had bug guts on them afterwards. The rear of my car was not nearly adequately dried, and I ended up using a towel I keep in my car over the wet microfiber towels. I went to this car wash on 4/23 with a spotless windshield and a roof rack. I left the car wash with a smashed windshield and a broken roof rack that was ripped off of my car by the car wash. The site leader Robert admitted fault and took my information. I was told by him that he did not lift the control arm high enough to pass over my car. I have yet to hear anything from the site leader. The business card he gave me sends me directly to voicemail each time. I’ve heard people say this is the best car wash in Bozeman (dads, people who would know). They also said “their vacuums could suck the color off the carpet.” They really do have the best vacuums in town & lots of tools for cleaning - a huge help with dog hair!! I have also noticed that I don’t get spotty windows here but have with others nearby.
