They provide self towel station with micro fiber towels and multi surface cleaner. I really like it as I don’t need to worry about having changes for tips. Also my favorite part here is that they provide awesome powerful suction vacuum with two different types. You can catch all the dirts even every corner of your car. T at Tidal wave is amazing!!! They power washed and dried my mats for me! I’ve never seen any other car wash places do this before. Tidal wave always do promotions and they have clean wash cloths and sprays for after your car wash!!
Have been to the Lombard location several times and were pleased on both occasions. We joined a membership club for unlimited washes for 30 days and it has already paid for itself. Nice added touch that they have free vacuum's, towels, and spray for you to use at the end of your wash. I was there today and "T" came over and offered to power wash my floor mats. Nice extra customer service.
Horrible experience due to wash brushes taking off my vehicle’s side mirror during the wash. I was shocked at the aggressiveness of this wash. I have 20 years of car wash experience without any incident like this. Wash Attendant provided no apology until after I filled out her paperwork, and of course no mention of a reimbursement for the $25 wash. It’s been 3 days and nobody from Tidal Wave has reached out to me yet on next steps for repair. Based on this experience as of now I would recommend STAY AWAY. WHEN this issue ... read more
Had a great experience at Tidal Wave this evening. I was drying my vehicle and an attendant, T, offered to power wash my rubber mats. Not sure if they always offer this extra service, but they were slow as it was close to closing time. Either way, I was impressed with T’s customer service and using his time wisely as an employee.
