Have been to the Lombard location several times and were pleased on both occasions. We joined a membership club for unlimited washes for 30 days and it has already paid for itself. Nice added touch that they have free vacuum's, towels, and spray for you to use at the end of your wash. I was there today and "T" came over and offered to power wash my floor mats. Nice extra customer service.
Horrible experience due to wash brushes taking off my vehicle’s side mirror during the wash. I was shocked at the aggressiveness of this wash. I have 20 years of car wash experience without any incident like this. Wash Attendant provided no apology until after I filled out her paperwork, and of course no mention of a reimbursement for the $25 wash. It’s been 3 days and nobody from Tidal Wave has reached out to me yet on next steps for repair. Based on this experience as of now I would recommend STAY AWAY. WHEN this issue ... read more
Had a great experience at Tidal Wave this evening. I was drying my vehicle and an attendant, T, offered to power wash my rubber mats. Not sure if they always offer this extra service, but they were slow as it was close to closing time. Either way, I was impressed with T’s customer service and using his time wisely as an employee. Thanks!
My favorite by far. Best value in the area. Especially love the power washer feature to get the bugs off after roadtrips. Huge shout out to Tee for explaining the packages & being so helpful and kind.
Turon “T” was great! Helped me with the app when it wouldn’t load. Super team member, helped me with my carpet mats too. Didn’t get the lady’s name, very nice as well. Clean bays, good towels, window cleaner, spray cleaner and spotless bays, great vacs too, thanks T.
