They provide self towel station with micro fiber towels and multi surface cleaner. I really like it as I don’t need to worry about having changes for tips. Also my favorite part here is that they provide awesome powerful suction vacuum with two different types. You can catch all the dirts even every corner of your car. Tried this car wash out for the first time and it left me less than pleased. Pulling up to the wash there were two check-out lines but only one was open and drivers were being forced to talk to the attendant rather than the automated screen. The attendant immediately attempted to upsell me which I did not care for. Additionally, the washes were overpriced. T at Tidal wave is amazing!!! They power washed and dried my mats for me! I’ve never seen any other car wash places do this before. Tidal wave always do promotions and they have clean wash cloths and sprays for after your car wash!!
I’m very disappointed with Tidal Wave’s service and lack of respect for customers. I have two cars and purchased a package, paying about $50 per month, because I believed Tidal Wave would provide better service than cheaper options. Unfortunately, that’s not the case at all. The service is no better than Dream Wash on Rossville for $10 or Jet Brite—same quality, higher price. Their operating hours are unreliable. It was my first time at Tidal Wave Auto Spa, and I was really impressed! The place is clean, the service was quick, and my car came out looking super clean. Anthony was super helpful explaining everything and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Definitely recommending this place and will be coming back!
