They provide self towel station with micro fiber towels and multi surface cleaner. I really like it as I don’t need to worry about having changes for tips. Also my favorite part here is that they provide awesome powerful suction vacuum with two different types. You can catch all the dirts even every corner of your car. T at Tidal wave is amazing!!! They power washed and dried my mats for me! I’ve never seen any other car wash places do this before. Tidal wave always do promotions and they have clean wash cloths and sprays for after your car wash!!
I came to vacuum my car and get a wash and learned that the service here is absolutely fantastic. While I was self vacuuming my car, T came over and introduced himself and offered to power wash my mats for me. Then when I went to the wash part, he noticed an old sticker and some sticker junk stuck to my window and offered to remove it for me. He was so kind and helpful, I will definitely be back! Thank you T for great customer service!
It was my first time at Tidal Wave Auto Spa, and I was really impressed! The place is clean, the service was quick, and my car came out looking super clean. Anthony was super helpful explaining everything and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Definitely recommending this place and will be coming back!
Have been to the Lombard location several times and were pleased on both occasions. We joined a membership club for unlimited washes for 30 days and it has already paid for itself. Nice added touch that they have free vacuum's, towels, and spray for you to use at the end of your wash. I was there today and "T" came over and offered to power wash my floor mats. Nice extra customer service.
