Justin and Hunter did a wonderful job today on my Tacoma! They helped me with getting an unlimited wash pass which was very easy to get setup and I’m very impressed with the wash and how clean my truck is. They also went above and beyond and offered to even wash off my weather tech mats! Definitely good guys at this wash and the wash is great!
I have been to multiple hands free car washes around Knoxville and this one is by far the best! Your car will look shinier than it ever has, try it and see for yourself. Justin was cool to deal with and didn’t try to hammer me about signing up for the subscription like most do. 5 stars!
Went to Tidal Wave today and my vehicle was taken care of perfectly!!! Jaden even jumped in the back of my truck to spray down the bed prior to the wash to make it shine up!! Cecila and Jaden took the time to even spray down the mat out of my truck bed!! This is the best quality car wash I ever received!! MEMBERSHIP FOR SURE!!! Wish I could give 100 stars!!!!
People here are so friendly and genuinely nice! When we have billing issues they took their time to work with us through and ensure it was fixed. It’s great our cars are clean so quickly and as often as we like. Love that we got the monthly subscription and see smiling faces every time we arrive!
Riley is awesome! Super friendly and helpful from the second I pulled in. He made the whole experience quick and easy, and my car came out looking great. You can tell he really cares about doing a good job. Definitely appreciate the great service—thanks, Riley!
