Went to Tidal Wave today and my vehicle was taken care of perfectly!!! Jaden even jumped in the back of my truck to spray down the bed prior to the wash to make it shine up!! Cecila and Jaden took the time to even spray down the mat out of my truck bed!! This is the best quality car wash I ever received!! MEMBERSHIP FOR SURE!!! Wish I could give 100 stars!!!!
I recently had damage done to my vehicle while in the wash. The wash suddenly came to a stop and it felt like my vehicle hit the vehicle in front of me. The attendant and manager both came running and I told him I thought I had hit the vehicle in front of me. They both looked and said they didn't see any damage. Riley was absolutely fantastic at the car wash! From the moment I arrived, Riley greeted me with a warm smile and made sure I felt welcome. They were incredibly thorough and paid attention to every detail, making my car look spotless. Riley's friendly and professional demeanor truly made the experience enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
My 3 year old wanted to go through the car wash so we went to the one on our way home. I was a previous monthly member of Tidal Car Wash and still had the sticker on my windshield. RT, the attendant, graciously offered to scrape it off with a tool he had. Then he recommended a product I could use to get that adhesive residue off. We engaged in conversation while he was doing it. If more people had his attitude and kindness, this world would be a better place. Tidal Car Wash is extremely lucky to have him.
Riley Wolfenbarger was extremely helpful at the car wash yesterday. I can just tell he had a great future ahead of him. I asked about the different types of washes and he was so helpful and explained out each and every single feature of each wash. It wad an amazing to see a young man with that much respect and dignity going for him. I appreciate Riley very much and think he deserves an incredible raise. He’s a fine young man.
