People here are so friendly and genuinely nice! When we have billing issues they took their time to work with us through and ensure it was fixed. It’s great our cars are clean so quickly and as often as we like. Love that we got the monthly subscription and see smiling faces every time we arrive!
Went to Tidal Wave today and my vehicle was taken care of perfectly!!! Jaden even jumped in the back of my truck to spray down the bed prior to the wash to make it shine up!! Cecila and Jaden took the time to even spray down the mat out of my truck bed!! This is the best quality car wash I ever received!! MEMBERSHIP FOR SURE!!! Wish I could give 100 stars!!!!
I recently had damage done to my vehicle while in the wash. The wash suddenly came to a stop and it felt like my vehicle hit the vehicle in front of me. The attendant and manager both came running and I told him I thought I had hit the vehicle in front of me. They both looked and said they didn't see any damage.
