Todd was very nice and he explained everything about the membership I wanted I’ll recommend this car wash and him to everyone I meet. It was very clean and my car is so clean +free vacuums😊

Got the ultimate, minus the tire shine. Looks nice. I dont like getting tired shine at car washes because it stays oily and flings brown sticky oil all over my truck. It does not dry off the tires, so I have to scrub the stuff off. It is a huge mess! Without tire shine, it is great!

I have always loved the staff at Tidal wave. Most of my vehicles are covered by tidal wave. It's quick and easy to get a vehicle wash, and the unlimited washes is by FAR the best part. Not to mention the FREE vacuums and place to clean out your car. The staff are super friendly, especially Joesph and Ozzy. They were the guys who convinced me to sign up!!

I have a car wash place very similar to this at home - or so I thought! The employees here did an excellent job showing extra love to my mother-in-law's car when we took it through, covered in over a year of grime. I won't say it came out flawless, but we absolutely got what we paid for and then some. Thanks!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt it was necessary this time. I recently tried Tidal Wave Auto Spa during their trial period, and it was a disappointing experience. First, I want to mention that the manager was polite—no complaints there. However, I returned later that same day to get another wash because my car was covered in bird droppings, and I was on my way to work. Despite being in the trial phase and simply trying to evaluate the service, I was informed of a strict “one wash per day” rule, and no exceptions... read more
