I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt it was necessary this time. I recently tried Tidal Wave Auto Spa during their trial period, and it was a disappointing experience. First, I want to mention that the manager was polite—no complaints there. However, I returned later that same day to get another wash because my car was covered in bird droppings, and I was on my way to work. Don’t let the price scare you away, run your car through this car wash and experience the best car wash possible. I’ve tried other automated car washes and never satisfied with the results and I’ve washed my car myself, the team that works there is amazing and they actually start washing your car from outside and then you run through the machine. I have always loved the staff at Tidal wave. Most of my vehicles are covered by tidal wave. It's quick and easy to get a vehicle wash, and the unlimited washes is by FAR the best part. Not to mention the FREE vacuums and place to clean out your car. The staff are super friendly, especially Joesph and Ozzy. They were the guys who convinced me to sign up!!
The assistant manager, William was very professional and polite And made sure I was happy with my car wash. I definitely recommend going to the tidal wave in Greenville Tennessee. Excellent service.
