I went through and my car still didn’t seem clean. After complaining and getting a rewash, my car still isn’t clean. I wouldn’t recommend going here. It wasn't worth the $27.
Gone downhill big time.. no towels to be used spray bottles broken and only found crossed the lot all piled on one cart.. person at the pay station glued to their phones and the ones in the loading area were too. Sad tk see such a beautiful wash go down like that.
All equipment is always in full functioning operation. There are always plenty of cloths and cleaning spray available. I’ve been a member for a year and now won’t go anywhere else. They run a top notch car wash. After hauling around three grandchildren, I especially like the opportunity to come in and vacuum out my car at anytime without going thru the car wash.
Morristown location closed early at 6:40, so I rushed down to get to the Jeff city location. Granted I got there just before they closed, but the guy with the man bun just finished putting the last cone blocking the entrance. I asked him if I could just slide by and told him that I rushed down here from Morristown location because they closed early. He looked at me with a dumb blank stare, and just shook his head no. Cleans and shines nice for $17.00 . They provide microfiber clothes at each end of the vacuum/drying stations. If you run out just ask one of the attendants and they will bring more. I had a very good experience using them for the first time. (Edit second time) I'm not rightly sure what he was trying to sell me. Something free about washing. It took me 3 times to explain I just want a $17 wash and wax. In and out. He finally let me go when the cars started backing up.
