I was a member of Tidal Wave and as time went on the quality of the wash declined. I took my son's car for a wash and when I left the wheels were covered in ice and the car looked worse than before the wash. I called to complain and shared my experience over time and how bad it had gotten and cancelled my membership. The manager Cam is quick to address concerns and will provide a free wash in order to make sure that satisfaction is met! He takes criticism as space for improvement and is informative of new equipment which allow customers to get an even greater experience!! He’s a great manager and makes sure to run a great car wash, he deserves more praise for the length he’ll go to make sure customers get the experience they deserve and expect.

The best place to clean and wash your car! An employee offered to help me put my license plates on when he noticed me trying to and came over and took over, Thanks Keller! Great place , great and friendly staff.

The best car wash!!! I was really skeptical about going through a drive-through car wash after not washing it for over two months. between Florida weather and over 5000 miles on my car in the last two months….I Florida to North Dakota then North Dakota to Ohio and back. Plus, all my daily driving…my car was an absolute disaster! I went in for a single wash (my car was still dirty after it) and I was charged for a membership for the last 3 months that I didn’t consent to. I was told when I got the wash on January 9th that the membership was cancelled AND he gave me the cancellation receipt. I never went back to the wash since that day. I was charged a total of 75$ for 3 months and we are a low income household.
