I was a member of Tidal Wave and as time went on the quality of the wash declined. I took my son's car for a wash and when I left the wheels were covered in ice and the car looked worse than before the wash. I called to complain and shared my experience over time and how bad it had gotten and cancelled my membership. The best car wash!!! I was really skeptical about going through a drive-through car wash after not washing it for over two months. between Florida weather and over 5000 miles on my car in the last two months….I Florida to North Dakota then North Dakota to Ohio and back. Plus, all my daily driving…my car was an absolute disaster! I went in for a single wash (my car was still dirty after it) and I was charged for a membership for the last 3 months that I didn’t consent to. I was told when I got the wash on January 9th that the membership was cancelled AND he gave me the cancellation receipt. I never went back to the wash since that day. I was charged a total of 75$ for 3 months and we are a low income household. BEST CAR WASH I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! The owner and staff are phenomenal! Everyone goes above and beyond! They are honest and truly a one of a kind car washing experience. I have been on a road trip… starting in Nashville to Montana to Yellowstone back to Montana to Teddy Roosevelt National Park to Fargo… where we realized we really needed to clean the car. The bugs were crazy and we got them all off!!! Truly wonderful help and a great spot!!!! (Photos: first one after, other too before!)

Well, I’m going to start with ending my membership for both of our vehicles. This is the only car wash we go to for over a year now, and lately I noticed scratches and dents on one of our vehicles following the last couple washes. First it was the scratches, then after another wash, I noticed the dents in that same area on the vehicle. I talked to the manager and he had me fill out a form but I never heard back from them again, coming to a week now since the complaint.
