The equipment and lot is kept clean. Lexi guided us in and used clear hand signals and did a great job spraying my wheel wells and was quick on her feet. She also offered to power wash my floor mats which was very kind and convenient.
I was absolutely amazed at the outstanding service, friendly, happy employees that were willing to go away above and beyond! In particular, Lexi, offered to wash my car mats and vacuum one of my difficult to clean rugs! She did this with so much gratitude to please! I have never received such amazing service! What are you doing to get your employees to go above and beyond and show so much work ethic?
Had a really great experience at Tidal Wave! The entire team was friendly, upbeat, and smiling, which made the visit feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. The lot and equipment were also very clean and well maintained. Lexi especially stood out. She did a great job guiding us in with clear hand signals, was quick and attentive while spraying the wheel wells. It’s clear that the team takes pride in providing good service, and it definitely shows!
Brittany helped us out with selecting what cleaning suite to pick when prompted with “whatever the bug-melter special” was, and made sure we were satisfied with the results! Very appreciated and will know where to go next time!
I was absolutely amazed with the outstanding service! Everyone was extremely friendly, happy, and willing to go way above and beyond!L Lexi In particular came over and offered to wash my car mats and vacuum one of my rugs with a really good vacuum inside.
