Cannot recommend. I was passing through town and decided to run my Super Duty diesel through the wash to clean things up a bit. While most of the truck came out looking nice, it left grease on my roof and splattered across the passenger windows from the brushes. I assume this came from staff greasing the equipment and my truck probably sits higher than most, so perhaps I was the unlucky one who caught whatever grease escaped from the rotating brush assembly. Money grabber. All they want is your money. 30 dollars a car wash? You can pay 3 dollars manually at sioux valley. TIDAL WAVE ADVERTISES FREE VACUUMS. I went there after going to a different car wash to use their vacuums. Turns out a guy comes out all cranky hurting my truck's feelings saying its to rusty for their precious cleaner. THEN TOLD ME 5 BUCKS TO VACUUM since i didnt wash it there. I ASSUMED free vacuming meant free vacuming but no. love this car wash membership! It’s super convenient, saves me money, and keeps my car looking spotless all the time. The unlimited washes are perfect for staying clean year-round, and the service is always quick and friendly!
Too bad. When this Tidal Wave started up, they were ok. They seemed to have sped everything up to be more efficient or something now. Now it won’t wash everything and definitely doesn’t dry everything. Now my car comes out and I have to wipe it down. Every time I come out of the wash there’s an oily grime on my rims that I have to wipe off or else it will collect dust. My car has never looked so clean! I’ve tried multiple car washes in town and nothing compares. So I decided to sign up for the monthly $45 membership. I have a vehicle I use for work along with two english bulldogs, so it’s nice to be able to wash up to once a day. The vacuums are amazing, especially the crevice tool Vac. The microfiber rags for cleaning vehicles are high quality and the magic blue spray is amazing. On top of all the above, Dave Ortemeier is so friendly when I come thru!
