We had the $21 wash and assumed it would cover the undercarriage, wheel wells, and thorough wash of the body of the car. None of these 3 items were fully accomplished. We spent at least 20 minutes of both of us cleaning what we could. Thankfully there were rags and spray bottles of water that we could use.
Dave’s team Dave is amazing so is Brittany Zaden and gentleman w great speaking skills about scanning QR code to write these kudos everyone is always so kind and respectful and a great listener and working very hard. Have a great weekend.
Cannot recommend. I was passing through town and decided to run my Super Duty diesel through the wash to clean things up a bit. While most of the truck came out looking nice, it left grease on my roof and splattered across the passenger windows from the brushes. I assume this came from staff greasing the equipment and my truck probably sits higher than most, so perhaps I was the unlucky one who caught whatever grease escaped from the rotating brush assembly. love this car wash membership! It’s super convenient, saves me money, and keeps my car looking spotless all the time. The unlimited washes are perfect for staying clean year-round, and the service is always quick and friendly!
Too bad. When this Tidal Wave started up, they were ok. They seemed to have sped everything up to be more efficient or something now. Now it won’t wash everything and definitely doesn’t dry everything. Now my car comes out and I have to wipe it down. Every time I come out of the wash there’s an oily grime on my rims that I have to wipe off or else it will collect dust.
