Car wash = great. The one guy that's always here everytime I come here and does NOT listen when I dont want to buy a monthly pass ruins the whole experienxe. It is a simple matter for someone to ask me if i want something and i say "no", but thats not the experience here. I get the same thing every time and it is extremely irritating. He's also very rude when I straight forward tell him what I want and says "you just have to listen to my spiel everytime and ignore it". I went to tidal wave car wash for the first time this afternoon. WOW what a COMPLETE rip off. The attendant was knowledgeable. I decided on the middle of the road was (dry and shine) $22.30 for it. Afterwards went to use the vacuum. I think as stunned on how POORLY of a wash I just paid $22.30 for. The top portion of my pickup box was missed, the rocker panels were still dirty, Bugs were still on the front end and the windshield. **Edit** as disappointed as I was, I was very pleased with management, reaching out to me personally with a phone call, and that does say a lot about the integrity about this business and their customer service so with that I thank management for the call and attention to this matter! Came in for a car wash at 7:20 P.m. Two car wash attendants standing around did not even spray off the Front and back of car like they normally do. The guy inside the wash bay barely prayed anything on the vehicle. Seemed pissed he had to be there. Brushes touches the car but left so much dirt in the car I could’ve went thru twice. The vacuum end piece kept falling off - both sides of the vehicle. SMH. This place just opened up in the past year or so. I won’t go there again. Only got two stars because the kid at the entrance booth was funny and had personality.
