Awesome place. We have all three on subscription! Only place in town to truly get your car and undercarriage clean. I have an issue and he is on it! Need my wheel wells clean, they do extra before I go into the tunnel. Need mats cleaned, they help from front area. Vacuumed up something and he empties the bin for me. Thanks to the tidal wave team.
$30 wash gets you this? This is just one angle of my car. No other angle is impressive. No thanks. Never again. Then when you round the corner to vacuum/wipe the car down everything looks like a homeless encampment. Expensive wash with less amenities than anywhere I’ve ever been. Revamp your system to make $30 worth it.
The young man Andre in the booth was very professional! He gave me so many options and even though I am not in Rapid city often he made me feel like I could have great service and can cancel at anytime! He was upfront and honest, I greatly appreciated his time and his presentation. I WILL be back again! He definitely deserves a raise for caring!!
First and last time! $27.61 for a ceramic sea gloss wash that left bird droppings on hood and trunk. Dirt around trunk lid. Checked my car before leaving and found this. Other car wash facilities are better and cheaper.
Wonderful customer service. The auto reader was having a hard time with the tag in my car. Only the second time using it on a new car, the on-site manager took extra time to remedy the problem by giving me a additional tag that can use manually. Been using this car wash since it opened in Rapid City with a monthly subscription and will continue to do so for unforseen future.
