I went to tidal wave car wash for the first time this afternoon. WOW what a COMPLETE rip off. The attendant was knowledgeable. I decided on the middle of the road was (dry and shine) $22.30 for it. Afterwards went to use the vacuum. I think as stunned on how POORLY of a wash I just paid $22.30 for. The top portion of my pickup box was missed, the rocker panels were still dirty, Bugs were still on the front end and the windshield. Love getting my car wash after a bad storm. Nothing beats the monthly cost! It’s so convenient and smells good
I brought my vehicle to Tidal Wave Auto Spa and was very impressed with the level of care it received. David handled the detailing, and his attention to detail was outstanding. Every surface was spotless, all my bug issues, and the finish looked better than expected. It’s clear he takes real pride in his work — highly recommend their service over many other!
**Edit** as disappointed as I was, I was very pleased with management, reaching out to me personally with a phone call, and that does say a lot about the integrity about this business and their customer service so with that I thank management for the call and attention to this matter! Came in for a car wash at 7:20 P.m. Two car wash attendants standing around did not even spray off the Front and back of car like they normally do. Little boys working were rude. My car was too dirty which defeats idea of a car wash. Wasn't clumps of mud or anything like that plus touch less car wash took everything off over the hill but boy said, "We can't wash your car, I'm sorry" but then under his breath said "Not really". At that moment another lady in front of us said another young boy told her he didn't have to spray front of car if he doesn't want to! Young kids have horrible customer service these days. I use to like this car wash.
