One Word to describe Tidal Wave Carwash! **HORRENDOUS** STAY AWAY ** L🫣🫣K at this horrible carwash! I asked for a rewash and the asst. manager said NO! He said he didn’t like the way I said my phone number that I had to repeat 3 times! W🙄W!!! Not only was customer service and car wash horrible the car wash damaged my 2026 X5!! Prices are fair. About 5 seconds in there is always a loud bang at this location so not sure what always hits the car. Kids working are always distracted by something. Never pre rinse the bugs off bumpers. Cancelled membership. Owner replied but never addressed why there is always a loud bang under the car 5 seconds in every time you go through.
Great wash! Great vacuums. Great customer service from Alex at the kiosk. Will definitely be back!
Honestly worst $30 I've ever spent on a carwash. It doesnt even look like my vehicle was washed. There is dirt all along the sides I can swipe my finger through and the backend looks like water didnt even touch it. Super disappointed and what a waste of money.
My kids waited for this car wash to be finished for the last few months with huge anticipation and were thrilled out of their minds to finally go through it today. It’s a fantastic quality wash! We also tried the vacuums and I was surprised by the insane level of suction on those things. They left our car floor much cleaner than the ol’ shop vac at home with half the effort.
