One Word to describe Tidal Wave Carwash! **HORRENDOUS** STAY AWAY ** L🫣🫣K at this horrible carwash! I asked for a rewash and the asst. manager said NO! He said he didn’t like the way I said my phone number that I had to repeat 3 times! W🙄W!!! Not only was customer service and car wash horrible the car wash damaged my 2026 X5!! My kids waited for this car wash to be finished for the last few months with huge anticipation and were thrilled out of their minds to finally go through it today. It’s a fantastic quality wash! We also tried the vacuums and I was surprised by the insane level of suction on those things. They left our car floor much cleaner than the ol’ shop vac at home with half the effort.

Horrible job at cleaning from the bumper to the top of the window including the side mirrors. Never am I ever coming back here again. I had to wipe down most of it but I’m not going to put effort into it when is should have been washed off.

Tidal Wave is awesome had a bed of sticky bugs on my front bumper and they are gone, love the wash

They denied me from going through the car was even though they have let me in countless times. They said my truck is to rusty I say go to waltz they wash better anyway.
