Top tier service! Some of the kindest people work here and my truck comes out looking like it’s brand new. The manager Randall was able to help out with all my needs and explained the differences in the packages! 5 out 5 stars!
Been using this car wash for over a year. Wash is good and vacuums and interior cleaning supplies are good. What sucks is the prewash. When I signed up there was always two employees that pressure washed the vehicle under the wheel wells and hard to reach places. Since then the price has increased and lucky if there is one person that gets one side of the truck with a little soap.I’ve already gone thru and one guy spraying and two in the little office watching him. Could use more competition 😊
Have had good experiences in the past. However I tried to visit today and it was closed for maintenance. I tried to call to see when it may be back up and running. Sat on hold for 5 minutes and never got anyone to answer the phone. Kind of disappointing when the washes here are not cheap by any means.
Won’t go back. I went there over the weekend,went straight home parked it in the garage and come out the next day and my mirror is hanging. This mirror is 8 months old since I replaced it. Called the manager talked to him and he apologized and said he needs to look at the cameras. So I waited a few days no answer, so I called back and he can’t find my Yukon at the wash so he said he would call me back in 5 to 10 mins well 2 hours later he calls and says it looks fine leaving the wash so there isn’t nothing they can do.
