Marcus was a really nice guy. He even told me about the deals they have. They have great deals and dog treats for your dogs. If you’re a dog lover, you should definitely go to tidal Wav.
Living on gravel roads, I NEVER go through a car wash once and have it come out clean, but I went to Tidal wave in Winona last week and I was SHOCKED at how good it looked (and it was so dirty and muddy). The staff was friendly and I will definitely go back!
Assistant manager was very friendly to me and made me feel welcomed. He helped me get something in my car that was stuck out. In return I gave a review. I like this place and it's close to where I live. I just don't like the prices. I got 1 free car wash for my birthday or 1 month of top tier car washes unlimited for 10$. I paid 10$ for the unlimited car washes so worth!
Car went off of the tract two different times. Staff very rude. My car was in neutral. I didn't touch the steering wheel or pedals. It pushed me off the track in the same exact spot both times. I've gone through automatic car washes probably 100 times in my life, yours probably a dozen times, and I've never had this happen before. I know my car needs to be neutral and I didn't touch anything.
You may think that paying $32 for a 2 min car wash wouldn’t be worth it. You may think that the attendants at the beginning of the wash should spend longer than 5 seconds spraying off the front of your very dirty vehicle preparing it for a wash. You may think this is a big grift. You would be correct
