Very disappointed in my wash and staff response to my concerns. I may not have the most perfect car by any means but as a member paying 50+ dollars a mouth I expect better service. I went threw my wash and stop to vacuum the inside of my car and realized the whole back end of my car hadn’t been washed at all I went to the front and got an attendants help and was told it’s to dirty it needs to be done by hand there is nothing he can do about it (the dirt wiped off by hand as he rubbed it) I then drove straight to sotashine an... read more
This management was awesome. A very clean place and very professional, even when customers don't deserve that respect. I saw this one guy acting like a total ass and surprisingly he was still treated with respect. I would of kicked him out myself but it was good to see how they handled the situation and choose kindness over more hate. Good job tidal wave waconia and thank you Philip for being so professional today . -the total ass guy 😎
As a mom with a messy mini van, having a membership here has been amazing. It’s so nice to have vacuums and rags ready to go when the kids make a mess. Today I drove through oil after they redid a road and dirt was sealed underneath. A car wash alone couldn’t get it off but the employees all came to my rescue and by hand helped take it off with goo gone. If they didn’t get it off for me that would have been a new paint job. They have amazing customer service
WOW if your used to gas station car washes this is a definite upgrade, very cool technology totally cleaned and dried the car, the people are very friendly Dylan was at the front gate knowlagable and willing to help with a smile on his face. Great vacuum stations with vacuum, compressed air spray and wipes I would definitely recommend this car new age car wash, They do have a great membership program as well so you can wash your car whenever you need too
First time there on Saturday and had a horrible experience with the employee Devon. I became his punching bag / outlet for his bad week of customers (so he says). Looks like I’m not the only one who has experienced horrible customer service. This review would have been 1 but he apologized for being incredibly inappropriate. Management needs to look into him. He shouldn’t be treating customers that way.
