My 17-year-old son has used Tidal Wave many times, earlier this month however, his bumper was ripped off, the manager was nice enough to show me the video. I went with him and got an estimate, the manager stated if it was under $1000 he could pay, but if it was over, it would have to be sent to corporate for approval. Corporate denied the claim and refused to share the video that I had already viewed. Neither the manager or corporate are responding to me now. A nice young man named Josiah had outstanding customer service! He helped with explaining to me what the pricing was and the difference of each car wash and info about the vacuums, spray bottles, etc. By the looks of it the kid knows his stuff and the only thing I am mad about is not switching to tidal wave sooner. If you’re looking to switch to tidal wave, do it. If you go ask for Josiah the kid knows his stuff and sold me with how much he knew.
I’m a top-tier member at Tidal Wave in Waconia and I genuinely love the results of a good wash here. The quality is consistent, and my vehicle stays cleaner longer compared to other car washes I’ve used. Great Value!! A huge plus—especially with Minnesota winters—is that they wash the floor mats. Extremely disappointed. I brought my new vehicle to Tidal Wave in Waconia for its first wash and even upgraded to the ceramic wash, the vehicle is now covered in swirl marks that were not there before. I’ve called and left voicemails, texted photos, emailed the site leader, and reached out to the online customer care team with no response.
I came there the other day since I was passing through Waconia and Josiah complimented my car which I loved and gave me great service. And he came to help me add windshield whiper fluid into my car and he taught me how. Will definitely come back and get a membership because of Josiah
