Very disappointed in my wash and staff response to my concerns. I may not have the most perfect car by any means but as a member paying 50+ dollars a mouth I expect better service. I went threw my wash and stop to vacuum the inside of my car and realized the whole back end of my car hadn’t been washed at all I went to the front and got an attendants help and was told it’s to dirty it needs to be done by hand there is nothing he can do about it (the dirt wiped off by hand as he rubbed it) I then drove straight to sotashine an... read more
I went there for the second time this weekend. Everyone there is super friendly. I did the best wash and I was very happy when it was done. The manager came over to talk to my husband and I while we were using the vacuum. Extremely nice man. He asked if I would like my rubber floor mats done including the one in the back of my Subaru. They cleaned all of them at no charge!! Wow that was amazing! Way to make sure your customers are taken care of!! I really appreciate the great customer service. Thank you!
DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR PLANS ONLINE! I purchased a plan, went for the car wash and they couldn’t find anything in their system. I had printed the receipt so they sent me through. The next time a couple weeks later it worked. The third time it didn’t work and there was no record of my purchase in their system. The site manager was very kind. This was on a Friday. Was told to come back Saturday and they would have resolved. Went back Saturday only to find out the issue needed to be addressed by Corporate customer service... read more
Philip and his crew are always friendly and the dogs love going to the car wash because they always get a treat! My car is sparkling clean and I love all of the extras for detailing. Very happy with my experiences there.
Philip and team were very courteous and professional. Nice car wash, cleaned the car well. The vacuum was great and really liked the optionsl pressurized air to clear water from the mirrors. I also like the optional surface cleaner and rags we used to wipe down inside.
