My 17-year-old son has used Tidal Wave many times, earlier this month however, his bumper was ripped off, the manager was nice enough to show me the video. I went with him and got an estimate, the manager stated if it was under $1000 he could pay, but if it was over, it would have to be sent to corporate for approval. I ran into an issue with my membership, and both of them went above and beyond to help get everything sorted out quickly and professionally. They were friendly, patient, and took the time to explain the situation while making sure I left completely satisfied. Extremely disappointed. I brought my new vehicle to Tidal Wave in Waconia for its first wash and even upgraded to the ceramic wash, the vehicle is now covered in swirl marks that were not there before. I’ve called and left voicemails, texted photos, emailed the site leader, and reached out to the online customer care team with no response.
I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash thanks to Elijah! He took the time to thoroughly spray down my car before it went through the wash and paid close attention to the details, making sure the car and especially the tires looked as clean as possible. He didn't rush and really took pride in his work. Afterward, he also helped me find the supplies I needed to vacuum and clean out the inside. I'll definitely be back to Tidal Wave Car Wash!
I got a car wash the other day and I was very pleased with the results especially the service I recieved from these two fine young men, they were very courteous and professional. I believe their names were Cody and Elijah. They are a great asset to the business. Thank you for a great experience
