My 17-year-old son has used Tidal Wave many times, earlier this month however, his bumper was ripped off, the manager was nice enough to show me the video. I went with him and got an estimate, the manager stated if it was under $1000 he could pay, but if it was over, it would have to be sent to corporate for approval. Corporate denied the claim and refused to share the video that I had already viewed. Neither the manager or corporate are responding to me now. Alex Prestegard has AMAZING service!! Talked me through the membership versus the single wash, i decided to get a membership and his service was incredible. Very friendly, quick, no wait time! Wash was awesome left my car very clean. Vacuums are also great as well! Entire site was clean, and very busy with no wait time!! Alex is great at his job!
I’m a top-tier member at Tidal Wave in Waconia and I genuinely love the results of a good wash here. The quality is consistent, and my vehicle stays cleaner longer compared to other car washes I’ve used. Great Value!! A huge plus—especially with Minnesota winters—is that they wash the floor mats. Very disappointed in my wash and staff response to my concerns. I may not have the most perfect car by any means but as a member paying 50+ dollars a mouth I expect better service. I went threw my wash and stop to vacuum the inside of my car and realized the whole back end of my car hadn’t been washed at all I went to the front and got an attendants help and was told it’s to dirty it needs to be done by hand there is nothing he can do about it (the dirt wiped off by hand as he rubbed it) I then drove straight to sotashine an... read more
10:30 on a Sunday I was the only car there. The prerinse the associate was supposed to do seemed to upset him as he didn’t rinse anything other than spraying a little on the windshield. For $30 I would hope you would spray the wheel wells and some of the loose dirt off the entire car, at least a quick rinse. I get that for $13 at quick trip.
