My 17-year-old son has used Tidal Wave many times, earlier this month however, his bumper was ripped off, the manager was nice enough to show me the video. I went with him and got an estimate, the manager stated if it was under $1000 he could pay, but if it was over, it would have to be sent to corporate for approval. Corporate denied the claim and refused to share the video that I had already viewed. Neither the manager or corporate are responding to me now. My son who paid for his own car now isn’t able to drive it. You w... read more
Stopped by Tidal Wave for a wash early today and had such a great experience! The wash itself was exactly what my truck needed and it came out looking great! What really stands out is the amazing customer service from the whole staff. I needed my floor mats cleaned and a young gentleman named Wyatt was there to help clean them off for me. He was very polite and super helpful the entire time. Overall a fantastic service and I highly recommend this car wash.
I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash thanks to Elijah! He took the time to thoroughly spray down my car before it went through the wash and paid close attention to the details, making sure the car and especially the tires looked as clean as possible. He didn't rush and really took pride in his work. Afterward, he also helped me find the supplies I needed to vacuum and clean out the inside. I'll definitely be back to Tidal Wave Car Wash!

Watch out for theft at this location. Customer service recommended I call the police as they can not refund any money. Anyone can search "tidal wave car wash scam" to see the problems others are having. An employee swiping your credit card and asking for your phone number for "marketing purposes" when in reality they are signing you u... read more
