After using Tidal Wave car wash for approximately one year, My car was totalled and I no longer was going to eagan, I live about 60 miles awayu. I notified the car wash that my car was totalled and they told me that they would cancel the account (54.00 per month) They kept charging my card and I called corporate and they told me that I needed a receipt showing I had cancelled the service.
