This car wash is generally very good, and I am a regular subscriber. However, today most of the machines were not working, which was a bit disappointing. This has happened a few times before. I hope the management can continue to monitor and maintain the equipment so the location stays at the high standard we are used to.”

I paid the amount that you should to receive what you should just a few minutes ago for the 21 dollar wash and dry but sadly the machine when it is supposed to dry your front window and top of your car it didn’t dry it leaving water dripping all over the top and front, I went to the young lady and told her then I went to the other young lady that is supposedly a manager and she told me that she understood that if I would give it another chance and it didn’t work again she would give me a partial refund as I had asked for. I've been going here every month for almost a year and I must say that it has been a little hit and miss on the quality of the wash and the reliability of the equipment. Often new people and it felt hard to know if the feedbacks you have actually made a difference. Isaiah is truly outstanding at Tidal Wave Car Wash! Every time I visit, he goes above and beyond. I used to struggle with cleaning my floor mats, and Isaiah not only showed me the right way but actually took them and washed them for me with a great attitude. He’s always friendly, patient, and genuinely happy to help. Employees like him make a huge difference and keep me coming back. Went to the car wash, and the washer is so powerful that it ripped off my gas tank cover and broke my back windshield wiper blade. I told the lady there and she was very unhelpful and said that if the gas thing was on tightly it wouldn’t never came off, she went to go look for Mr comer and found it in the car wash but after speaking to a manager, he helped me file a claim, but I still have not heard back yet
