I've been going here every month for almost a year and I must say that it has been a little hit and miss on the quality of the wash and the reliability of the equipment. Often new people and it felt hard to know if the feedbacks you have actually made a difference. Went to the car wash, and the washer is so powerful that it ripped off my gas tank cover and broke my back windshield wiper blade. I told the lady there and she was very unhelpful and said that if the gas thing was on tightly it wouldn’t never came off, she went to go look for Mr comer and found it in the car wash but after speaking to a manager, he helped me file a claim, but I still have not heard back yet
Very friendly staff. Quick wash. Automatic door to exit. Had a big dryer cloth to finish. Side mirrors were not cleaned as good for $30 wash we paid for, but over all very good place to wash your vehicle. There are plenty of vacuums for everyone
Looks like I payed $17 on nothing there’s still bugs on my front, and dirt under my car. The vacuum was a nice side bonus. You can get a better car wash for $7 at quick trip
Experienced damage to my vehicle from using their facility. Went through proper procedures for my claim and it was denied based on the claims person telling me I wasn’t there. I will be making my case known everywhere I can. I had just purchased a used vehicle 3 days prior and there were no marks on my vehicle. I’m tired of companies not taking responsibility for mistakes made and this location not taking my claim seriously.
