Very friendly staff. Quick wash. Automatic door to exit. Had a big dryer cloth to finish. Side mirrors were not cleaned as good for $30 wash we paid for, but over all very good place to wash your vehicle. There are plenty of vacuums for everyone
Looks like I payed $17 on nothing there’s still bugs on my front, and dirt under my car. The vacuum was a nice side bonus. You can get a better car wash for $7 at quick trip
Experienced damage to my vehicle from using their facility. Went through proper procedures for my claim and it was denied based on the claims person telling me I wasn’t there. I will be making my case known everywhere I can. I had just purchased a used vehicle 3 days prior and there were no marks on my vehicle. I’m tired of companies not taking responsibility for mistakes made and this location not taking my claim seriously. Do not sign up for the monthly membership. Location is frequently closed during regular business hours. I had to drive down to Paradise Car Wash and pay for washes twice in the last month. That said, cancellation was great. They allowed me to cancel over the phone without questions or hassle.
I will definitely NOT be going back to this place! I have a new car and went through paying for the highest car wash. I love an hour away from the cities. Got home and noticed scratches on both sides of my car. Called the company today and they said I need to let the location know about this, I reminded her I don’t live around there.
