I have now gone four times and just got the monthly membership because I’ve been so impressed. Not only is the wash wonderful and high-tech and clean. They have all the amenities you would need to clean your car after the wash. Towels to dry it the way you like, window cleaner, vacuums! And each time the owner has been there and he in the staff are beyond helpful and accommodating. It’s seriously impressive.

After selling my truck I wanted to cancel this service. After filling out the online form, no response from tidal wave to confirm my cancellation after 9 days. Only after three emails, and a call that I had to wait a long time on , likely a national call line, could I cancel. The lady on the phone told me that they were behind on answering emails. I was a loyal customer since they opened at this site.

They have expensive car wash here and we are members for about a year; we did their most expensive membership. However many times, we go here, they have been temporarily closed because they have been doing their weekly or regular maintenance, draining, filling or what not DURING business hours. There is no reason for them to be not doing it BEFORE and AFTER business hours. This is a lazy way of operating a business. Been here 2x in the past 3weeks. First time I got the Dry N’ Shine ($26) and the wash attendant didn’t put soap on the right side of my vehicle or my sunroof. The wash itself was very basic & similar to my experience with the Holiday Car Washes. Today I got Hot Wax ($17) and the attendant put soap only on the front and back of the car. The side weren’t soaped, I’m guessing it doesn’t come with this service level so that’s ok I guess. The entrance is easy to miss if you never been here. Drive right past it. People don't normally get car washes a lot in a month, but they do offer a membership for $30 dollars and get unlimited washes. But you NEED to cancel 7 days before the renewal or it auto charges you. The wash itself is nice and gentle. Put your car in neutral and your good to go. Entertaining and pretty colors.
