Decent wash, left some bugs on the front, lots of spots on the rear. The free vacuums and towels allow you to clean up the missed areas and clean your interior. I didn't see anyway to pressure wash your floor mats like I read about in another review. Service is all self service and automatic car wash after a quick spray from a guy. Decent value, but not sure I'd visit in the winter.
Highly recommend! It was quick for my wife and I to sign up. The memberships are very reasonable. They’ve got the process down to where you are in and out pretty quick. Not a lot of time wasted waiting in line. I’ve been getting car washes at several other facilities for years and this is the best wash by far. 🤙🏽
This place won't take responsibility for scratching my windshield. The buffer at the end of the wash is right by the road. Winds out of the south blow dust and dirt into the wash and debris gets on the vehicles as they exit. The buffer will scratch your paint and windshield. I was told an investigation would take a couple of days. I've heard nothing from the owner for a week which tells me they're blowing me off. We visited Tidal wave just to purchase the vacuums and not get a car wash. We used the vacuums and thought it was a great feature that they provided towels and cleaning spray for inside the vehicle as well! We were so impressed we decided to get a car wash too! Great service. Not pushy at all- very friendly! Thanks for a great experience!
