This place won't take responsibility for scratching my windshield. The buffer at the end of the wash is right by the road. Winds out of the south blow dust and dirt into the wash and debris gets on the vehicles as they exit. The buffer will scratch your paint and windshield. I was told an investigation would take a couple of days. I've heard nothing from the owner for a week which tells me they're blowing me off. Had a great experience last summer, not-so-much this visit… Went from a decent little spot to what felt like a bougie members-only country club 💸 Normally I don’t review much, much less negatively, but I was very disappointed by how I was treated by the wash attendant. We visited Tidal wave just to purchase the vacuums and not get a car wash. We used the vacuums and thought it was a great feature that they provided towels and cleaning spray for inside the vehicle as well! We were so impressed we decided to get a car wash too! Great service. Not pushy at all- very friendly! Thanks for a great experience!
Always kind-friendly customer service. Shout out to Kenny. That man flashes a smile every time someone comes through. Thank you. P.S. the vacuums are unmatched. Best around town if you ask me… and you don’t have to pay extra for them. Great addition to Lino Lakes.
