The Lino Lakes Tidal Wave Auto Spa location is awesome! They have strong dusters that spray air to get dust off the dashboards, really good vacuums and awesome friendly staff! Great location
Honestly really disappointed. I bought the dry N shine for reference. +1 star - friendly helpful staff! +1 star - vacuums are awesome. Really nice to clean up dirt from inside the car. -3 stars, my car still has dirt all over the back and tires.
Kenny and Anthony were great, the two people I talked to. My first time here and they made me feel welcome, plus the car wash had everything I needed for an interior clean! 5$ for all the time I need. Can’t beat that!
I had a bad experience with the Lino Lakes Tidal Wave. They mistakenly did not cancel my membership upon my request and I got billed $54 a month for several months. The corporate office only refunded a portion of my money and refused to reimburse it all. They lost a good customer.
I was a long time member and loved the wash service. I retired so I dont drive by everyday. Today I went out of my way to get my grandsons car washed. Kenny greeted me at the gate and gave me a free wash. How NICE is that. Great car wash and always great service.
