Andrew was great today. He got my mom and our vehicle setup on the family plan. Our first wash was great. Definitely a way better wash than what we were getting with the competition.
I wanted to give a big shout out and thanks to the Tidal Car Wash in Cullman beside Publix off of 31. Skylar, Avery, and Cooper spent almost 20-30 minutes in the middle of a very busy shift. To stop the vacuums and help me find my watch that I mistakenly sucked up. Thank yall very much.
They did not disclose the monthly charge to our debit card. We went in for one car wash and that was all we paid for. They have been charging our account $36 per month since. We did not agree to this. Crooked and dishonest business practice. They have yet to stop charging our account.

Tidal Wave Cullman is the absolute best! Last I was there, I vacuumed up a very important key, and the people there were so incredibly helpful to make sure I found it. They are always kind, quick, and I believe it is the nicest car wash in Cullman! no other in town gets our vehicles as clean.
