I purchased the $26 package for my truck. I would leave a ZERO stars if it was possible. Not only was the windshield and rear glass not cleaned, the machine destroyed my wipers. My front tires were cleaned nicely, but the rear wheels were not touched. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, she told me to hand wash my vehicle before bringing it back.
Tidal Wave Cullman is the absolute best! Last I was there, I vacuumed up a very important key, and the people there were so incredibly helpful to make sure I found it. They are always kind, quick, and I believe it is the nicest car wash in Cullman! no other in town gets our vehicles as clean.
I have an older model Tahoe and this place makes it look new every time. I got the top-of-the-line car Wash and I am very pleased. I also love the free vacuum area and I especially like having surface and window cleaner complete with towels. This is the best place to go if you want your car looking amazing.
I recently blew a tire in front of Tidal Wave and was so impressed by how they turned out to help me. I don't have a membership or anything, but when I pulled off next to their business, someone immediately came up to offer their help. Later, we found out that my spare tire was flat and they went above and beyond to help me get it inflated. They must have spent 30 minutes helping me try to inflate the spare while it was on, taking it off and trying to inflate it then, offering the use of different air compressors in case the... read more
The ppl have always been great but I don't think they were trained well. I ran into financial issues and had to make cuts well car wash is 1 of the 1st things to go for now. And as long as I have been going to this place to cancel they r charging me $20. I was told cancel at anytime at no cost to u, I don't hold the ppl accountable due to lack of training that's the company doing. I will never go back to this car wash.
