Absolutely the best Tidal Wave auto spa/car wash in our town. The entire staff works so amazing together as a team , the friendliness, professionalism, hospitality, and the care that each staff member puts into each vehicle is so valuable. This is exactly why go there. And no where else. The prices are always great. They fit every budget. They know me by name and always have a smiling face. Who wouldn’t want to patronize a business like that!!! Keep up the good work guys!! You are amazing.

I’ve had great experiences with the carwash and members itself in the past, but this morning I showed up to the carwash at the opening time which was 8am and waited until like 8:20am and no one was at the place to open. It was myself and like 4 other vehicles that were waiting. Not sure who was suppose to open this morning.

After a two thousand miles road trip out Palisades needed a good wash. Tidal Wave Auto spa in Alexander City did the job. Great wash and free vacuums included! Definitely recommend!!!

This place is great everywhere I go I have to wash my wheels but when I went through this place it cleaned my wheels and all !!!! I'm very happy

Management needs to train employees on protocol when a non-member blocks the member line. This might sound petty but when you are the 4th in line in the member line as a non-member checks out and see relief when the line finally moves. Then you discoveronly the next car is also a non-member that chooses to sign up for service while 5 now members wait. Send them all the away back around or pull them up and to the right, something, anything...
