I’ve had great experiences with the carwash and members itself in the past, but this morning I showed up to the carwash at the opening time which was 8am and waited until like 8:20am and no one was at the place to open. It was myself and like 4 other vehicles that were waiting. Not sure who was suppose to open this morning.
Tidal wave in alexander city is the best place to clean your car! 10 out of 10 service their staff is always welcoming & helpful. Management is incredible whoever hired the main manager made an amazing decision. This location is always spotless and well maintained. I take my car here almost weekly and have always had a pleasant visit. I would recommend this location to everyone!
Great service! The people were so friendly and hard working. Gave me advice on how to clean certain parts of my car and gave me an extra scrubbing! Will only use them from here on out!
I don’t do reviews often, but these guys here just gave me the best car wash experience ever. Went the extra mile in scrubbing my vehicle to get sap off of it that I couldn’t get off. 10/10.
After a two thousand miles road trip out Palisades needed a good wash. Tidal Wave Auto spa in Alexander City did the job. Great wash and free vacuums included! Definitely recommend!!!
