Absolutely the best Tidal Wave auto spa/car wash in our town. The entire staff works so amazing together as a team , the friendliness, professionalism, hospitality, and the care that each staff member puts into each vehicle is so valuable. This is exactly why go there. And no where else. The prices are always great. They fit every budget. They know me by name and always have a smiling face. Who wouldn’t want to patronize a business like that!!! Keep up the good work guys!! You are amazing.
They keep all three of our cars looking great and they're always so helpful. My wife and I have been using them for nearly two years and my daughter for nearly a year and to be honest, none of us have ever seen anything like what some of these reviews are saying. The line can get long sometimes yeah but isn't that a good sign for a business? Keep up the good work Tidalwave!
Based on the last 3 reviews. The customer was screaming at the management. Matt is a great manager and very helpful. If there is an issue he will get it solved and his employees back him up. I come here often and never have anything bad to say. It has been busy there. You came for a car wash on a nice day. Of course you're gonna have to wait. If you don't wanna wait take your entitled self next door and theres a self wash. Then you can't complain about anything.
My husband has a membership at this car wash. It does a good job cleaning your car. The workers scrub it before it enters the wash. I do wish they had dry cloths for drying your car at the vacuum stations. Other than that it's great.
I’ve had great experiences with the carwash and members itself in the past, but this morning I showed up to the carwash at the opening time which was 8am and waited until like 8:20am and no one was at the place to open. It was myself and like 4 other vehicles that were waiting. Not sure who was suppose to open this morning.
