This review is not specifically for rhia location but for the company itself. During my most recent and last car wash that was approximately 2 weeks ago (at this location), I noticed 2 large scratches alongside the passenger side of my car. However, I had already left the car wash and was at home when it was noticed. Since the largest of the 2 scratches looked as if it might buff out, I decided to not go back and file a claim. After going through the car wash a gauge on my tire blew, and my tire went flat. After informing management of allowing my car to stay at the location, until I can resolve this issue. Brayton the site leader completely went above and beyond to take care of the whole situation. He greatly assisted with putting on a spare tire, and fixing the broken tire. The manager helped me out BIG time today. I just picked up a truck that was sitting under trees for months. It was covered with a thick layer of dirt and sap, I could barly see out of the windshield. I wouldn’t have been able to drive it to work if he hadn’t had his staff give it a good scrubbing. They jumped right on it and Made it look great. Iv never been here before and I’ll be back for sure next time I need a car wash!!!! Thank you!!!
Car wash was great but customer service was exceptional. I locked my keys in my car and Cody was able to quickly help me unlock my car. I felt so dumb but he made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal. Thank you so much!
