Tidal Car Wash in Oldsmar is excellent, but what truly sets this location apart is Michael (MM). His attitude, customer service , and professionalism are on another level. This review is not specifically for rhia location but for the company itself. During my most recent and last car wash that was approximately 2 weeks ago (at this location), I noticed 2 large scratches alongside the passenger side of my car. However, I had already left the car wash and was at home when it was noticed. Since the largest of the 2 scratches looked as if it might buff out, I decided to not go back and file a claim. Mike at Tidal Wave is absolutely amazing! Every time I come through, he’s super friendly, welcoming, and always has a great attitude. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is done right and that customers feel appreciated. You can tell he truly cares about his job and the people he helps. It’s rare to find someone who is consistently positive and professional like Mike. Tidal Wave is lucky to have him — he makes the whole experience even better!
Polite staff that puts customer service first. They have great equipment, and I am able to get all the dog hair out of my car. The only vacuums that have done that. I highly recommend.
