Izzy greeted me, explained all the washes and their club option. She was very friendly. Guys working the wash were attentive and smiling. Everything was impressive for a car wash…except I got the tire shine wash (basic) instead of the top X4 wash that I paid for. There’s a number on the ticket and nobody ever asked for my number. It seemed everyone was being put through the same wash. Bummer. At this point I’d say good spot for the basic wash. Car wash was great but customer service was exceptional. I locked my keys in my car and Cody was able to quickly help me unlock my car. I felt so dumb but he made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal. Thank you so much!
I hate that I have to write this review. This car wash broke a piece of my car off. There was no previous damage to this piece of my car. I reported the incident before I left, the employee went back into the car wash, found the piece of my car and brought it out to show to me. He then told me he’d be in contact with me within the next week and assured me he’d help me in any way possible, assuring he would be able to fix this piece on my car. THE BEST CAR WASH. My car is white and has this yellow stain on it, I think from the polish from the car was I’ve been going to and went through tide wave wash and it took the yellow off (almost) COMPLETELY! I’m SOO impressed my cars been like that for almost a year going through different washes to see if it would come off which has been unsuccessful until I came here!!!!
