The manager helped me out BIG time today. I just picked up a truck that was sitting under trees for months. It was covered with a thick layer of dirt and sap, I could barly see out of the windshield. I wouldn’t have been able to drive it to work if he hadn’t had his staff give it a good scrubbing. They jumped right on it and Made it look great. Iv never been here before and I’ll be back for sure next time I need a car wash!!!! Thank you!!!

This review is not specifically for rhia location but for the company itself. During my most recent and last car wash that was approximately 2 weeks ago (at this location), I noticed 2 large scratches alongside the passenger side of my car. However, I had already left the car wash and was at home when it was noticed. Since the largest of the 2 scratches looked as if it might buff out, I decided to not go back and file a claim. Been going here since they opened. Several changes including price increases over time. But still one of the best car washes. Has towels, cleaning chemicals, vacuums, an air blowers in each drying bay. I got the premium X4 wash $30. Pretty sure it nicked my back right rim. But they are very low profile rims

Service is great. I usually come in about three times per month, and the service is always consistent. Michael, at the car wash tunnel entrance is always upbeat and pleasant. I came from another car wash service down the road, and Tidal Wave is way better. The one thing that they’re missing is a mobile app to manage the subscription; it’s a pain to have to do any changes by email.
