This review is not specifically for rhia location but for the company itself. During my most recent and last car wash that was approximately 2 weeks ago (at this location), I noticed 2 large scratches alongside the passenger side of my car. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Dioscorus is hands-down one of the best people working at Tidal Wave Car Wash. Every time I visit, he’s not only incredibly helpful and efficient but also brings such positive energy that makes the whole experience better. I hate that I have to write this review. This car wash broke a piece of my car off. There was no previous damage to this piece of my car. I reported the incident before I left, the employee went back into the car wash, found the piece of my car and brought it out to show to me. He then told me he’d be in contact with me within the next week and assured me he’d help me in any way possible, assuring he would be able to fix this piece on my car. Izzy greeted me, explained all the washes and their club option. She was very friendly. Guys working the wash were attentive and smiling. Everything was impressive for a car wash…except I got the tire shine wash (basic) instead of the top X4 wash that I paid for. There’s a number on the ticket and nobody ever asked for my number. It seemed everyone was being put through the same wash. Bummer. At this point I’d say good spot for the basic wash. Car wash was great but customer service was exceptional. I locked my keys in my car and Cody was able to quickly help me unlock my car. I felt so dumb but he made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal. Thank you so much!
