This review is not specifically for rhia location but for the company itself. During my most recent and last car wash that was approximately 2 weeks ago (at this location), I noticed 2 large scratches alongside the passenger side of my car. However, I had already left the car wash and was at home when it was noticed. Since the largest of the 2 scratches looked as if it might buff out, I decided to not go back and file a claim. I had a fantastic experience! The wash was great and my car looked great, but the exceptional service from Kayden really stood out. He went out of his way to help me decide on the right wash for my car, and his professionalism and great attitude were so impressive that I decided to sign up for a monthly membership! It’s rare to see that level of helpfulness! I highly recommend this car wash!
Last month I went to another all inclusive car wash, because it was on my way home. NEVER again. Tidal wave is who we will use from now on. Kayden helped us this time, what a sweet young man! Here is my caveat though, every employee we have come in contact with has greeted us with a smile and the best customer service. In my humble experience this only happens when the culture from the top down is one of respect so that it is a joy to come to work. Fantastic job Tidal Wave, you have loyal customers now.
These guys are great. Wash is effective , vaccums haven't left me with any complaints. Staff is professional but they try to enjoy their time there. Mike killls it there , hes always happy to see his regulars! The account system needs help though . I find myself in the little office having to renew or reactivate one of our wash plans about once every three weeks . We like the people there so are willing to put up woth it.
