If you want to wait a long time a then get stuck in the car wash while it’s running, this is your spot. The first time I went I waited forever. It was right after the snow so I assumed it was just large volume but when I got closer I realized the car wash could not handle the many cars. Have it another chance today and right after I waited for 15 minutes to get in the car wash stopped with three cars stuck inside. Thankfully I was right in front of the entrance so I left. I tried to use my membership all January and every time the car wash was closed. After calling customer service, I was told they cannot operate under 28°F. Today it was slightly above freezing and they were still closed. They should simply pause memberships during winter months instead of charging customers full price for service they can’t use. I used to like this place. I have never had a problem going through with my ladders in the back of my truck. Today, the man at the gate immediately told me that I can’t come through. What a welcome. Simply told him I just won’t spend my money here. Went to Zips down the street and went right through their wash no problem! I honestly preferred title wave over any other car wash but won’t support any business that turns down a paying customer! Won’t go again!

I used to go to Zips on Sharkey Way, but now I drive all the way across town to the Tidal Wave on Richmond Road—and it’s absolutely worth it. The service is top-notch every time. Just check out the tires: they look wet, like glassy mirrors, but they’re absolutely dry. The crew is professional, hardworking, and always takes the extra time to brush down the car before it enters the wash. They even clean my floor mats. I couldn’t be more pleased. My only complaint? Build more of these. We need more Tidal Waves around town!

When you can find it open. The wash is great. I paid for unlimited washes and have not been able to wash the car the entire month of January and the first week of February.
