I used to like this place. I have never had a problem going through with my ladders in the back of my truck. Today, the man at the gate immediately told me that I can’t come through. What a welcome. Simply told him I just won’t spend my money here. Went to Zips down the street and went right through their wash no problem! I honestly preferred title wave over any other car wash but won’t support any business that turns down a paying customer! Won’t go again!

I used to go to Zips on Sharkey Way, but now I drive all the way across town to the Tidal Wave on Richmond Road—and it’s absolutely worth it. The service is top-notch every time. Just check out the tires: they look wet, like glassy mirrors, but they’re absolutely dry. The crew is professional, hardworking, and always takes the extra time to brush down the car before it enters the wash. They even clean my floor mats. I couldn’t be more pleased. My only complaint? Build more of these. We need more Tidal Waves around town!

DON’T EVER COME HERE!! WORST AND RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I always clean the interior first and then wash the exterior. While I was doing that, two employees came up to me and asked why I wasn’t using their chemicals to clean my car. I told them I prefer to bring my own cleaners, but the question felt a bit strange. Then they said, with a bad attitude, that I was cleaning the interior without paying for their services. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL EVENTUALLY!! I pay for two graph-4x monthly memberships, and tried to cancel one of them due to the vehicle being totaled in September. I was told "it's canceled. You wont get charged next month for this one." Come October, I was charged for it again. I go back up there and talk to someone "in charge". Do yourself a favor and don’t come here. They are never open on time and constantly have maintenance issues — it’s an ongoing problem, not a one-time thing. As I’m writing this, I’ve already been waiting over 40 minutes for them to open, and still nothing. I could understand the occasional delay, but this happens almost daily. To make matters worse, the quality of service is inconsistent — it depends entirely on who’s doing the scrubbing. Some employees do a great job, while others barely try.
