I used to like this place. I have never had a problem going through with my ladders in the back of my truck. Today, the man at the gate immediately told me that I can’t come through. What a welcome. Simply told him I just won’t spend my money here. Went to Zips down the street and went right through their wash no problem! I honestly preferred title wave over any other car wash but won’t support any business that turns down a paying customer! Won’t go again!

I used to go to Zips on Sharkey Way, but now I drive all the way across town to the Tidal Wave on Richmond Road—and it’s absolutely worth it. The service is top-notch every time. Just check out the tires: they look wet, like glassy mirrors, but they’re absolutely dry. The crew is professional, hardworking, and always takes the extra time to brush down the car before it enters the wash. They even clean my floor mats. I couldn’t be more pleased. My only complaint? Build more of these. We need more Tidal Waves around town!

DO NOT LET Workers clean the car first but not always consistent or get total of the car every time. They do not clean the brush heads and have scratched the front and back of my car. Sometimes the car even has residue left where it looks like it wasn't washed fully. However the vacuums are working 50% of the time at full capacity and the towels are NEVER dry. They were frozen yesterday and had old residue on them that would've gotten on my car. Always damp and a lot of the time with leaves or debris on them. Not worth to ke... read more

Misleading Subscription Policy Disappointing Experience I signed up for this car wash’s ‘unlimited’ wash plan because they advertised it as unlimited. Today was my first day using it. I washed my car around noon, and just a few hours later, it rained and my car got dirty again. Naturally, I went back for another wash the same day, only to be told at the entrance that the plan actually only allows one wash per day. This was never communicated to me when I signed up. DON’T EVER COME HERE!! WORST AND RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I always clean the interior first and then wash the exterior. While I was doing that, two employees came up to me and asked why I wasn’t using their chemicals to clean my car. I told them I prefer to bring my own cleaners, but the question felt a bit strange. Then they said, with a bad attitude, that I was cleaning the interior without paying for their services.
