I love it. The customer service is fantastic! I'm not very good with my English. But Katherine spoke Spanish and helped me. Very nice young lady. I encourage everyone to come to tidal wave its the only car wash I see has a buff wheel at the end which leaves my truck dry!

We stopped by tidal wave to get the car ready for vacation and Jonathan went above and beyond for us when we last minute decided to upgrade our wash. This is my favorite car wash! they provide towels and cleaners that are always available and it has the different vacuum heads for hard to reach spots and the customer service is always top tier !
I have been coming here very regularly since the day they opened. The actual wash is great, lots of soap and water, but the employee service has gone down. In the beginning they all took a little scratch pad and cleaned all the bugs off the front of your car, they even did the same to the back of the side mirrors. Now the only one that does it is the manager girl. The others haphazardly throw a little soap on your car and call it good. Really appreciate the kindness of Staff. Choose your monthy plan , then come daily if you like! Handy vacuum on both sides of vehicle... Towels and sprays to touch up the insides Love Love Love Makes an EasyGo of Maintenance... I actually look forward to the chore now!
