I started visiting this specific Tidal Wave Auto Spa, and yes I’m a Club Member, but it’s tad bit more roomy than some of the other locations they have, to vacuum and do detailing to your vehicle. Great service as usual, and it’s an out of the way spot, with less traffic, in my opinion.
Their service is good no doubt. Everything is automated but self service. But when you bring your car for the first time, they will register you as a member. And you need to cancel their membership one week prior to your membership renewal date. Also you can't use your membership benefits with your other cars. Their customer service number will never pick up your call. So I didn't like their membership policy. But you can take their service, it's good.

Car wash is fine but don't ever sign up for their subscription. I put in a request to have it cancelled weeks before renewal and never received a call or email back. I was then charged for the subscription. I should have known something was up when the employee did not disclose I was signing up for one until I asked. If I don't receive any communication I will be doing a charge back and take my money elsewhere.
We absolutely LOVE Tidal Wave in Marietta! They are always so nice to you every time you come to get your car washed. We had a family plan and sold a car, and it was simple to have the old car removed from the plan. Everyone is always happy and makes sure you have everything you need. The car is also cleaned very well, and it looks very shiny when done. There are plenty of towels for you to use, and the vacuums work great. We are very pleased with our overall experience here!
