I started visiting this specific Tidal Wave Auto Spa, and yes I’m a Club Member, but it’s tad bit more roomy than some of the other locations they have, to vacuum and do detailing to your vehicle. Great service as usual, and it’s an out of the way spot, with less traffic, in my opinion.

I have been to other tidal waves but this one is the best car wash ever. I moved here from the south side of Atlanta. My old rental property had a fungus in the yard/trees that unfortunately commonly attaches itself on cars. No matter what I did (the fungus is difficult to get off) or what car wash I went to, nothing would remove it. I was shocked and so happy when I saw my car was almost back to normal and not covered in tiny black spots after my visit. Jason was super nice and went out of his way to help me out. He even took the time to remove old sticker residue from my windshield so I could put on my new fast pass. Really appreciated the extra effort!

Their service is good no doubt. Everything is automated but self service. But when you bring your car for the first time, they will register you as a member. And you need to cancel their membership one week prior to your membership renewal date. Also you can't use your membership benefits with your other cars. Their customer service number will never pick up your call. So I didn't like their membership policy. But you can take their service, it's good.
