Had a great car wash today at this location. Jason and the team made sure all needs were met. Very great customer service. Location has great WORKING vacuums, CLEAN cleaning towels and LEGIT glass/surface cleaner. Would recommend!
Gentleman running the entrance was absolutely lovely BUT Paid for the premium/top tier wash and there are numerous dirt marks (sap? Bugs?) still on my car. So now it’s shinier but with dirty spots still all over the car.
Today I visited the Tidal Wave Spa Car Wash. Everything was going well until I went through the wash. After exiting, I noticed my car still had a lot of dirt left on the trunk and the front bumper. I walked over to the receptionist in the cubicle, who was extremely nice and explained that I could go back through the wash since I wasn’t the first person to mention that their car hadn’t been cleaned properly. The car wash was ok. It didn’t rinse off the soap very well but it cleaned well. However, when I used their towels and cleaner there were more smears on my windows and car than before I went in. yes, I picked up clean And folded towels from the cart. I will not return. I now have to go to another car wash to clean whatever greasy substance is now on my car. 🙄
