I dont know know what was going on yesterday 2/21/26 But your employees are working to the bone Not enough staff No clean towels no spray bottles, some spray bottles were not working,,one side was closed Hope today is a better day Cars had to wait There wasn't enough pressure on the vacuums DONT OVER WORK YOUR STAFF. IT IS NOT NICE AND DEFINITELY NOT EFFECTIVE
I need to find a new car wash. This Tidal Wave location is OK. The people are pleasant, and the equipment (vacuums, car wash, etc) works well, but they literally increase the price every time I go in. The "cheapest" wash is up to $15 now. Not that long ago (couple of years), it was $6. These people have become crazed with greed. I think the strategy now is to get you on a monthly "subscription", so that you become a steady revenue stream. I've been a paid member for a year and the level of service has declined especially with the complimentary drying towels. Always filthy...do you even wash the towels? Please do better or I will have to cancel and go to another car wash.
Paid 15$ for the Basic Wash with Tire Shine. Came out and vacuumed out car and rugs. My tires look dry,not shiny after the tire shine is put on. Asked an employee and while she stood there smiling at me saying oh yeah the tire shine machine Broke so it don't come out. That would have good to know Before I went thru the car wash. That was one of the reasons I came here.
My first time coming to tidal wave wasn’t the best, but I decided to give it another chance. I met a staff member there named Gracey. She was such an angel. She completely changed my mind about coming back and helped me with my membership. I had such an incredible experience that I have even recommended to my friends and family about going there. Everyone I know now has been going to tidal wave ever since. She’s super friendly very helpful and all around the best. I absolutely recommend that you go. Thank you Gracey!!!!
