Steve was super nice! They didn’t pressure me into a membership or anything and my car came out SOOO CLEAN and before it was covered in sap. 10/10 would recommend! I will be getting a membership.
If I wasn’t finished with tidal wave before I am now. First of all I can’t stand that the attendant squeezes between you vehicles and the kiosk do hit the buttons for you. Like you’re some sort of idiot that isn’t capable of hitting the buttons yourself. They literally serve no purpose other than pushing you into a monthly subscription. If I wanted it I would ask for it. Second I just sat in line and saw a whole line of vehicles that were first class subscription customers just flow in like water. Jacob did a great job prepping our vehicle before entering into the automatic wash. Scrubbing our grill and headlights as well as our windshield The wash left my vehicle super shiny, and I hit the least expensive. Just to wash off the white dust from the Amish roads.
Deagan, you ROCK!!! You made our day!!! We are traveling from Michigan and have NEVER had such great service!!! Elbow service on getting the bugs off the front! Lots of suds!! Smells great! Wow!
Jacob and Myles took care of me as I pulled into tidal wave they took their time and scrubbed the spots of bugs suck onto my car and were so polite! 🙂 thankful we have a great car wash in our community with great prices
