These guys really make an effort to do a great job! Howard and Trey spent real time on the pre wash instead of what I see at other places. Night and day difference to the competition. My truck always turns out the cleanest here.
Love the convenience of Tidal Wave and how friendly the staff is at each visit. Also, apparently collectively as a town we all decided today was car wash day around the same time and Howard and Trey were still on the ball with it! Flawless for sure! Definitely recommend the monthly membership.
Steve was super nice! They didn’t pressure me into a membership or anything and my car came out SOOO CLEAN and before it was covered in sap. 10/10 would recommend! I will be getting a membership.

If I wasn’t finished with tidal wave before I am now. First of all I can’t stand that the attendant squeezes between you vehicles and the kiosk do hit the buttons for you. Like you’re some sort of idiot that isn’t capable of hitting the buttons yourself. They literally serve no purpose other than pushing you into a monthly subscription. If I wanted it I would ask for it. Second I just sat in line and saw a whole line of vehicles that were first class subscription customers just flow in like water.
