We love the service! Highly recommended for a quick and well done wash! The staff is super friendly, they went far and beyond to help us!
I have tried other car wash spas but Tidal Wave is absolutely by far the best one I've ever tried. Not only was the wash the cleanest, and most thorough it was ironically more gentle than the others. The customer service here is also outstanding. I was welcomed like a friend of the family.
Everything about this new car wash is amazing from the staff, the environment and the services. The owner even came out and held a conversation with my niece and my husband. We came because we saw the free carwash sign and ended up getting two memberships for two of our vehicles. They definitely won our business. One of the nice gentlemen even helped me to avoid stepping in wet grass. I have a great feeling about this place.🙌🏾
The owner Rashad was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable of my car needs....he was nice enough to let me take my car through twice because it was that bad 🤣🤣 and he also offered me a 30 day membership special in which I took advantage of!! Thank you Rashad for being so nice and helpful
I only gave it 3 stars today because of the staff and the free towels. Vacuums were OK, but the whole reason for going was to get my car washed. Waste of money better off at home. Update: I brought in a different vehicle (4runner), and I had the same problem. I spent $30 this time and spent 45 mins trying to clean up what was missed. I didn't see any employees who were not busy (didn't want to bother them). I won't be going again. Still NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Again, though, the employees were great.
