The wash was ok but could use a little more water during the process to prevent scratches. The young black kid cleaned my truck as if it was his own truck while the others two kids supposed to be working smirked, laughed ,played on their phones and rubrics cube inside while the black kid worked.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Tidal Wave that offers a monthly subscription. While the idea of a convenient car wash service sounded appealing, the execution was disappointing. They told me if I didn't want to renew it will end at the end of the month which feels misleading given they charged me for another month. I need to edit my review. A few days after my first visit, I noticed sticky stuff on my car. Didn't think much of it but, after going through this car wash two more times, I have determined that it is something in this car wash. The employees there are great, I just wish I didn't have this issue with the actual carwash. I have added a photo to show the problem. I was greeted by Quin, he was really helpful and friendly. I’ve been trying to cancel the membership on one of my vehicles—not both—and it’s been incredibly frustrating. I’ve called multiple times, but it’s nearly impossible to reach a real person. When I finally did get someone on the phone, the call was disconnected, and no one called me back. The workers are not knowledgeable about their different washes and do not scrub your vehicle well even though this car wash is more expensive than others in the area. If you have bugs on your front, side mirrors, windshield, etc, I would suggest going to a car wash where you can scrub your car yourself or heck for the prices they charge here hire the place behind the master lube to hand wash your vehicle for a comparable price. The vacuums here are very powerful so that’s a positive.
