The wash was ok but could use a little more water during the process to prevent scratches. The young black kid cleaned my truck as if it was his own truck while the others two kids supposed to be working smirked, laughed ,played on their phones and rubrics cube inside while the black kid worked.
The workers are not knowledgeable about their different washes and do not scrub your vehicle well even though this car wash is more expensive than others in the area. If you have bugs on your front, side mirrors, windshield, etc, I would suggest going to a car wash where you can scrub your car yourself or heck for the prices they charge here hire the place behind the master lube to hand wash your vehicle for a comparable price. The vacuums here are very powerful so that’s a positive.
I need to edit my review. A few days after my first visit, I noticed sticky stuff on my car. Didn't think much of it but, after going through this car wash two more times, I have determined that it is something in this car wash. The employees there are great, I just wish I didn't have this issue with the actual carwash. I have added a photo to show the problem. I was greeted by Quin, he was really helpful and friendly. LOVE LOVE LOVE Tidal Wave Auto Spa! Its name fits the wash service I received from start to finish! What did it for me particularly was the car dryer at the end (very powerful to get as much water off car) also had a shammy machine tool in the car wash to ensure your car is dried!!! I sound fan out, well I am!!! I love keeping car clean and I love that this car wash has pretty much everything to help me do just that!!! Maggie at the Flowood, MS location makes it all worthwhile. She always has that wonderful smile and that awesome friendly personality. If I owned a business I would hire her away from you guys in a heartbeat so consider yourselves lucky - lol..!! Maggie is the epitome of customer service and it’s a real joy to see her when I visit.
