I was greeted by Quin, he was really helpful and friendly. He even came through the vacuum area and asked me if I was happy with everything!! So, fabulous customer service!! My car got really clean, the vacuums have great suction, much better than any others in the area and I've been to a lot. Something my hippie heart really loves is their use of the microfiber towels that they supply and when you're done, you put them in a large "trash can" for them to wash. Very new and clean. The most powerful vacuums in the area, and a generous area in which to clean your interior: air wand, vacuums, cleaner, towels all included with any wash. Amazing! I really would skip the hard sell on a Sunday morning, though. Nobody wants to be sold like that.
The workers are not knowledgeable about their different washes and do not scrub your vehicle well even though this car wash is more expensive than others in the area. If you have bugs on your front, side mirrors, windshield, etc, I would suggest going to a car wash where you can scrub your car yourself or heck for the prices they charge here hire the place behind the master lube to hand wash your vehicle for a comparable price. The vacuums here are very powerful so that’s a positive.
In the past month, I have gone up there three different random times during the day and they were closed. So, When they are open, they are a decent Car wash it does get your car nice and shiny, however the dryers are too strong. They blew my emblem off my car. The vacuums are great though. However, do not sign up for their membership! When you get ready to cancel it it’s the most difficult thing. You can do it online, but they can never find your membership online. Will be canceling my monthly subscription here. At first, I was very pleased with the quality of the car wash and customer service. Over the course of the last 2 weeks I have tried to get my car washed 3 separate times and they have been randomly closed because of maintenance issues.
