I need to edit my review. A few days after my first visit, I noticed sticky stuff on my car. Didn't think much of it but, after going through this car wash two more times, I have determined that it is something in this car wash. The employees there are great, I just wish I didn't have this issue with the actual carwash. I have added a photo to show the problem. I was greeted by Quin, he was really helpful and friendly. This car wash is excellent! The team that prepped my car before it went through the wash took extra care to make sure every bug was removed just like I asked. Their attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend!
The workers are not knowledgeable about their different washes and do not scrub your vehicle well even though this car wash is more expensive than others in the area. If you have bugs on your front, side mirrors, windshield, etc, I would suggest going to a car wash where you can scrub your car yourself or heck for the prices they charge here hire the place behind the master lube to hand wash your vehicle for a comparable price. The vacuums here are very powerful so that’s a positive.
Very new and clean. The most powerful vacuums in the area, and a generous area in which to clean your interior: air wand, vacuums, cleaner, towels all included with any wash. Amazing! I really would skip the hard sell on a Sunday morning, though. Nobody wants to be sold like that.
Used to be my favorite wash in flowood, and I would drive 30 minutes away just to go. Never had any issues. This most recent time I noticed the quality of the wash wasn’t what it used to be, and it broke pieces of the top rack off my car. The employees were decent and I filled out the claims sheet, but no one ever reached out to me. I paid over $25 for a car wash that left me with $200+ of damages.
