In town visiting and stop by here to wash my SUV. Prices were good and I must say this place has one the best dryer units I've seen so far. Barely any water to wipe off when I was in the detailing area to dry and vacuum. Will use them again when I come back to visit.
Damages cars… do not go people! Those brushes destroyed my car! The same day my mirror was damage another lady had her grill knocked off…DO NOT GO. Buyers beware- they are expensive and accept ZERO responsibility if your car is damaged! DONT GO PEOPLE….save yourself the trouble!!!
I love going to Tidal Wave, Dacula, Georgia. I have gone there for years. I always have a great experience. I’ve tried most of their packages. They are all good. My car always looks beautiful when I’m done. Additionally, the employees are very nice, hard-working, and helpful. In particular, Lenyn is always very professional and helpful. Management seems good too. Matt is very nice and hard-working as well. I send all my friends here. I would highly recommend them.
I absolutely love this car wash. The best part is they have several locations that are close to my work and house. Keep up the great work guys!
I came by for a car wash in my truck with stuff in the bed. The first guy at the pay machine said it’s fine as long as the stuff is heavy so i continued through. I make it to the tunnel just to get rejected. Keep in mind most of the stuff weighs 10+ pounds each. They have sent me through before with the same items sitting in the truck bed in the past. Employees are NOT knowledgeable and passive aggressive when I asked for a refund.
