Matt the site manger is a very condescending and disrespectful unprofessional person. My car was damaged while going through the wash. I’m not certain if his unprofessional disposition was because I’m a woman , not white, or he just lacks class and professionalism. Either way I don’t recommend taking your car here. I’m certain there are better ones with better management.
I’ve been a customer at this car wash for over a year, and I can honestly say it’s the best one I’ve ever used. I live nearby, so I’ve been here many times, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The staff is always friendly, professional, and goes out of their way to provide outstanding customer service. The wash itself is top-notch, and my car always comes out looking spotless. It was quick and easy to get my car washed. There were many affordable options that fit my budget. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was happy with the wash because I didn’t have to do much extra to make my car look how I wanted it. The vacuum cleaner had more suction than I needed to get my carpets and chairs clean.
These guys are amazing. !! Y’all need to come to this amazing car wash. You will be so pleased when you drive out of here.
Stay away from this place! They will use your credit card information to sign you up for a monthly subscription of $50 per month, even if you did not authorize it. They will claim that they received a "verbal commitment". In my opinion, this is committing credit card fraud.
