I've been a loyal unlimited member at Tidal Wave in Dacula, but the experience has gone downhill. The wash is often closed for repairs, and customer service is poor. Long lines with no way to exit because customers are signing up or complaining. Today, an employee rolled his eyes at me when I asked for a quick wheel spray. I canceled my membership—it's no longer worth it. Very disappointed.
Kylan was super helpful answering all my questions about memberships. My car is clean and zero damage coming out of the wash. Vacuums were strong. Very happy.
The car wash was very clean. The employees were helpful, friendly, and continually changed the trash while I was there. I will recommend coming here; the vacuums work great.
Every time I go to tidal wave of Hamilton Mills I get unmatched service compared to any other location I’ve ever been to. I love how convenient it is to get in get a wash and get out. The staff is also extremely friendly and is willing to help you with anything you need.
