Matt the site manger is a very condescending and disrespectful unprofessional person. My car was damaged while going through the wash. I’m not certain if his unprofessional disposition was because I’m a woman , not white, or he just lacks class and professionalism. Either way I don’t recommend taking your car here. I’m certain there are better ones with better management.
I’ve been a customer at this car wash for over a year, and I can honestly say it’s the best one I’ve ever used. I live nearby, so I’ve been here many times, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The staff is always friendly, professional, and goes out of their way to provide outstanding customer service. The wash itself is top-notch, and my car always comes out looking spotless. I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the car wash left my vehicle looking clean and shiny. The process was quick and easy, and the vacuums were a great bonus. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Customer Service was spot on. From the time we pulled up to the Kiosk until the time we left, The attendants went above and beyond. Being from Florida, they did their best to get all of the bug goo (Love Bugs) off of the front of the car as well as the mirrors and windshield. They hand scrubbed the windshield not just used the brush. A+ performance from me.
These guys are amazing. !! Y’all need to come to this amazing car wash. You will be so pleased when you drive out of here.
