I have been on Hilton Head Island one week and I have visited your Tidal Wave Carwash at least four times. Without a doubt, this is the best car wash that I have experienced all across this Country! My compliments to you and your staff and your Site Manager, Adam. He runs a tight ship hand is a good face for your company. Please extend my compliments to your entire staff for a job Well Done!

When on 4/28 to get my car washed. They were fairly busy but the line went quickly. I first I met Mike who was the most pleasant, welcoming and professional person I’ve ever met at a car wash. He presented me option of washes and an option for a monthly pass. The guys prepping the cars did a good job on the front and rear of the car. Have three guys prepping was great for max coverage. Great experience top to bottom.

Great physical operation BUT my son visited HHI from NY in mid March for 2.5 days in a rental car! And decided to wash it after spilling soda on it. Responsible kid. Now we find out we have been charged a monthly $50 subscription for two months. Always check your credit card in real time! Great service but tell owners to chill on the sneaky subscriptions. My son had no idea. Almost like he missed an opt out. Telephone rep was very cordial but still TW took me for one month. I won’t fight it.

Since opening this was a great car wash. Not sure what happened but weeks ago a closed for service sign was put up which had happened before and I would come back later in tge afternoon and it would be open. Not this time came back twice that day tge sign was still up. Called their "service line" and it is a joke. Had a young lady tgat had no answer except try tomorrow. Im not on that end of tge islad daily so I went back a few days later and tge sign is still up. Tried to park and find some one to talk to....no one to be fo... read more

Great car wash until they weren't. I have an annual membership which means I paid upfront for car washes for an entire year. Today when I went in and asked about compensation for the nine days they were closed due to mechanical failure I was told there wouldn't be any compensation. Their reasoning was I could have driven 7 miles to another Tidal Wave or washed my car the other 21 days of the month. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
