I’ve been with tidal wave for over a year now and have never had a bad experience, as a matter of fact, every time I go there I always have a very pleasant experience. Everyone is always very friendly . Of course I live by the golden rule that I always talk to and treat people the way I wish them to treat me, if you want respect you must give it first. Very modern car wash. One really nice feature was at the area where you vacuumed your car and did any touchups was covered for the most part. Couldn’t find a place to wash the car mats, but that might be because I didn’t look. It wasn’t immediately obvious did a really good job. Very happy with the place. If you’re looking for a quick car wash it’s not a bad place to go.
Darryl and Isaiah went above and beyond to help me out! They both helped me jump start my car after realizing my car battery was dead. The carwash and vacuums are great, and the employees are great too! Very thankful and impressed!
Not the best of experiences as far as car washes go. Paid for the top level cleaning and the prewash was barely done after going through the wash top of my car/front hood and side mirrors and windows were still kind of dirty but I had like sap or something on the windshield and after the wash the front windshield had all those little spots removed....tires came out great as well as the front head lights came out really nice was a 50-50 experience.
