Tidal Wave has the perfect manager for this spot. He is very helpful and always works to make things better. Great location. Keep up the good work! I’ve been with tidal wave for over a year now and have never had a bad experience, as a matter of fact, every time I go there I always have a very pleasant experience. Everyone is always very friendly . Of course I live by the golden rule that I always talk to and treat people the way I wish them to treat me, if you want respect you must give it first. I joined Hilton Head Island Tidal Wave Car Wash soon after they opened. I’ve got to say that I’ve never gotten a better wash & wax at a car wash over all the years of car washes! All of their attendants are polite and helpful. On one trip the car wash was having mechanical issues and one of the attendants actually hand washed and dried my truck as well as cleaned the interior. I highly recommend Tidal Wave Car Wash!
This place is great. I have a membership, which I recommend. They have vacuums and clean towels as well as window/surface cleaner for you to use, included with car washes. It is always very clean and well attended with people who smile and are cheerful. 😁
Very modern car wash. One really nice feature was at the area where you vacuumed your car and did any touchups was covered for the most part. Couldn’t find a place to wash the car mats, but that might be because I didn’t look. It wasn’t immediately obvious did a really good job. Very happy with the place. If you’re looking for a quick car wash it’s not a bad place to go.
