Since I bought my truck 4 months ago, I have gone to Colonel Clean in Beaufort 2 times a week. I decided to give Tidal Wave a shot. First run through, the spinners spun but never touched my truck. Rinse cycle didn’t rinse all of the soap off before drying. Staff was nice to let me go through again for free after seeing how dusty my truck was after the first run through. Same thing. Tidal Wave has the perfect manager for this spot. He is very helpful and always works to make things better. Great location. Keep up the good work! I joined Hilton Head Island Tidal Wave Car Wash soon after they opened. I’ve got to say that I’ve never gotten a better wash & wax at a car wash over all the years of car washes! All of their attendants are polite and helpful. On one trip the car wash was having mechanical issues and one of the attendants actually hand washed and dried my truck as well as cleaned the interior. I highly recommend Tidal Wave Car Wash!
I’ve been with tidal wave for over a year now and have never had a bad experience, as a matter of fact, every time I go there I always have a very pleasant experience. Everyone is always very friendly . Of course I live by the golden rule that I always talk to and treat people the way I wish them to treat me, if you want respect you must give it first. I am not one to leave bad reviews, but I felt this place deserved one. I went through the carwash here mid April in a car I had just bought a few months prior. When I returned to my fiancés parents house, I noticed that not one but TWO of the front panels were missing. I went back to the carwash to retrieve the panels which were destroyed due to cars running them over, etc. We spoke to the site manager and he agreed that it was the car washes fault (before ever looking over the video footage).
