I’ve been coming to Tidal Car Wash for a while now and it’s consistently great every time. The place is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick and easy. My car always comes out looking good, and the experience is just straightforward and reliable. One of my go-to spots in Bluffton.

I’ve used this location numerous times and keep running into the same problem. I asked for them to not use the tire shine on my truck because it leaves a residue on the running boards that then wipes off on my pants. This has ruined numerous pairs of pants of mine and my wife’s. I have been there and requested this to not be used and there was one time that they did not use it. Terrible. Told up from that $15 wash wouldn't wash the car. It was only water. A car wash with only water? Wanted to upsell me to a $30 wash/wax. Told me still might not clean car. I pressed again. Does the $15 include soap, then he said yes. We paid $15 for the 'wash' and went through. Kids up front barely pre-washed the car with brooms. Great place to get your vehicle washed in Bluffton. The staff is friendly, the equipment is new, high tech and gets the job done. When going through the car wash there is quite a light show and the brushes, water pressure and suds are perfect for cleaning your ride. There are many covered bays for vacuuming, cleaning the windows, towel drying and for cleaning any missed or tough to get spots. You can buy a one time wash or choose a monthly option. Highly recommend!

I brought my daughter in for a car wash the other day. When we got back to her house it looked worse than it did before it was washed. I don’t know what you’re using but it’s awful and it’s not cleaning. I paid $17 and her car looks worse than when we arrived. I’m sorry for leaving this bad review but ya’ll need to know. Oh and you’re paying someone to pick our wash for us when we can do it ourselves. Why have a kiosk if someone is standing there. WASTED $$$.
