The best car wash / vacuum service around. The staff is extremely friendly. Sean helped me recently when I was having an issue and he was very friendly and polite. My vehicle doesn’t get cleaner by any other car wash services in the area - tidal wave is the only place I will go to.
The best car wash around! I come every weekend. Great equipment, super friendly staff. Sean was great and helped us out when one of the vacuums wasn't working properly. Highly recommend!
I brought my daughter in for a car wash the other day. When we got back to her house it looked worse than it did before it was washed. I don’t know what you’re using but it’s awful and it’s not cleaning. I paid $17 and her car looks worse than when we arrived. I’m sorry for leaving this bad review but ya’ll need to know. Oh and you’re paying someone to pick our wash for us when we can do it ourselves. Why have a kiosk if someone is standing there. WASTED $$$.
Definitely the best car wash I have ever experienced. The staff is friendly, polite, and Professional. I would highly recommend having your car serviced at tidal wave!
I cleaned my car here for first time after returning from vacation. I was not impressed. I was pretty much scrubbing the dirt off myself when drying the car. The wash removed nothing. All the wash did was wet my car with pretty foamy stuff. As a matter of fact my wheels were actually dirtier when I came out of the wash. They had some sort of brown nasty sludge looking stuff all over them. The vacuums worked great, the actual washing part not so much.
