I’ve used this location numerous times and keep running into the same problem. I asked for them to not use the tire shine on my truck because it leaves a residue on the running boards that then wipes off on my pants. This has ruined numerous pairs of pants of mine and my wife’s. I have been there and requested this to not be used and there was one time that they did not use it. The best car wash / vacuum service around. The staff is extremely friendly. Sean helped me recently when I was having an issue and he was very friendly and polite. My vehicle doesn’t get cleaner by any other car wash services in the area - tidal wave is the only place I will go to.
Great place to get your vehicle washed in Bluffton. The staff is friendly, the equipment is new, high tech and gets the job done. When going through the car wash there is quite a light show and the brushes, water pressure and suds are perfect for cleaning your ride. There are many covered bays for vacuuming, cleaning the windows, towel drying and for cleaning any missed or tough to get spots. You can buy a one time wash or choose a monthly option. Highly recommend!
I brought my daughter in for a car wash the other day. When we got back to her house it looked worse than it did before it was washed. I don’t know what you’re using but it’s awful and it’s not cleaning. I paid $17 and her car looks worse than when we arrived. I’m sorry for leaving this bad review but ya’ll need to know. Oh and you’re paying someone to pick our wash for us when we can do it ourselves. Why have a kiosk if someone is standing there. WASTED $$$.
This car wash is absolutely stunning. The staff is friendly and my car came out so fresh. The vacuumns are an added bonus and they even offer monthly plans. You really have to try this wash to see just how great it is.
