I had a great experience at this car wash! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I pulled in. They took the time to explain the different wash options and made sure I was satisfied with the service. My car came out spotless and looking brand new. It’s clear they care about doing a thorough job and making customers feel valued. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I love this place. Taylor is great and always makes my experience amazing. My car always looks great when I leave. I do wish they had the air pressure sprayers but other than that great!

I’ve always received exceptional service from this car wash. But…let me just say, there was a miscommunication and I was signed up for the monthly subscription by mistake. I came to the wash and explained the situation to the manager and he was very professional and prompt to correct the issue. He was willing to go way above and beyond what I asked of him. Top notch service and a stand up guy 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I've been a member of the Tidal Wave monthly wash club for over two years, and I have to say, it's been a fantastic experience! The whole crew there is amazing, and I always look forward to seeing their friendly faces. I love keeping my car clean, but I recently made the switch to Rich's Car Wash. One of the reasons I did is that their vacuums fit perfectly between the seats and, best of all, they always work!
