The wash quality is excellent, the vacuums are strong, and the staff is always friendly. This place should be the top car wash in the area based on equipment and customer service alone. The problem is the sales routine at the entrance. Having an employee stand there and hover while I pick a wash package feels strange and uncomfortable. I have been a member of Tidal Wave for only a month. I tried their discounted first month and went many times. Some of the options get pricey, but there are others that are cheaper. I also really liked the option to vacuum and clean the inside of the vehicle after the wash, for free. I think it's a good service if you really want to keep your car looking good. Thanks!
I had a really positive experience with the team on September 23, 2025 in the evening. While I do think Tidal Wave as a company could take another look at some of their same-day service policies, the female employee who assisted me went above and beyond. So I was needing a quick car wash and ran through here. The little girl ( Taylor ) that helped was very kind and helpful. She assured me that my car (BMW ) would be fine as it is my baby. She was right the wash did a great job. Most car washes the employees really don’t seem to care . Not this one, the girl was very professional and had me wandering why she is working there. She needs to be behind a desk somewhere.
