From out of town. ⁸Tried your car wash today. Your facility was left to be desired. Windows still dirty and grooves around lights still untouched. We won't be back.

The wash quality is excellent, the vacuums are strong, and the staff is always friendly. This place should be the top car wash in the area based on equipment and customer service alone. The problem is the sales routine at the entrance. Having an employee stand there and hover while I pick a wash package feels strange and uncomfortable. It is the same feeling as when a teacher stands over a student’s shoulder or a parent watches to make sure their kid is making the “right” choice. Today my boyfriend went to wash his car like he does multiple times a week, except this time he came out of the wash with a completely busted taillight. An employee even told him how nice and clean his car looks, until he realized the wash had completely taken out his taillight, then it was “oh well if it’s 10 years or older we aren’t responsible” I’m sorry what??? Get a great wash including friendly service. Join the club and you can visit the Tidal Wave Auto as often as possible.

I have been a member of Tidal Wave for only a month. I tried their discounted first month and went many times. Some of the options get pricey, but there are others that are cheaper. I also really liked the option to vacuum and clean the inside of the vehicle after the wash, for free. I think it's a good service if you really want to keep your car looking good. Thanks!
