Excellent car wash. The facilities are always clean and neat and the staff is friendly (even if you forget to put the car in neutral and turn off the windshield wipers before you begin the process) The wipe down towel cart is always kept well stocked. The vacuums actually work! As a suggestion, it would be helpful if the vacuum hoses were about 2 to 3 feet longer. This would allow those of us with big SUVs to be able to use one hose to do the entire vehicle rather than having pull the hose from the other stall to do the pass... read more
From out of town. ⁸Tried your car wash today. Your facility was left to be desired. Windows still dirty and grooves around lights still untouched. We won't be back.
The cashier was so nice, she told me about a deal they were running- signed up immediately! Saved me a ton. They are super efficient and my car looks great. Very happy to have found something closer than my last spot
After 4 years of being a monthly club member, I am going to cancel. The latest price increase has push me over the edge, just not worth it anymore. I will go to a competitor for my couple of washes a month since they also don’t let you self pay at the kiosk for non-members. Now you have to use their tablet and get harassed by the employees trying to upsell you every visit as they push the monthly club subscriptions. Service has always been good but now just overpriced IMO.
I had a really positive experience with the team on September 23, 2025 in the evening. While I do think Tidal Wave as a company could take another look at some of their same-day service policies, the female employee who assisted me went above and beyond. She was fantastic, professional, and personally made things right when she didn’t have to. Her effort turned the situation into a great experience, and I truly appreciate the extra care she showed.
