I had a great experience at this car wash! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I pulled in. They took the time to explain the different wash options and made sure I was satisfied with the service. My car came out spotless and looking brand new. It’s clear they care about doing a thorough job and making customers feel valued. I’ll definitely be coming back!
👎 I canceled my monthly service there in the middle of March because I am a snowbird and I left Gulf Shores on April 1. No need for the car wash anymore. I was charged on my debit card the monthly fee on April 22. Spoke to Madison at their business office/customer service And they refused to credit back the monthly charge. I do not recommend this car wash because they have a lot of problems. One of the brushes broke my side view mirror, and they did not stand behind that either. My recommendation, go somewhere else!! Paid for the most expensive wash Graph-X. There was still dirt on the front end. I was not as concerned about the caked on bugs because it’s a car wash not a hand wash. The female at the gate spent 2 minutes scraping her nail on the bugs and dirt to prove it wasn’t their fault. Only after I said, if it’s that big of a deal then don’t worry about it, did she agree to run it through again. I mean that’s a lot of money to have to go home and hand wash it too. Vacuum don’t easily reach the opposite side of the car.
The staff here are above and beyond, I made a post on a local community page because I was so impressed one Sunday morning when my child was not in the best mood & Mommy was super stressed out, well, all of a sudden, my daughter starts giggling & then laughing saying "Mommy Mommy look he's drawing me hearts and stars and smiley faces..." She didn't stop giggling for a while, I commend employees like that, who take pride in what they do & those small acts of kindness go a long way. Came today and got a car wash, broke down and there were a bunch of orange marking tacks on the ground inside the wash, so the workers had to come pick them all up and now I have a flat tire from them. Do not recommend
