So I was needing a quick car wash and ran through here. The little girl ( Taylor ) that helped was very kind and helpful. She assured me that my car (BMW ) would be fine as it is my baby. She was right the wash did a great job. Most car washes the employees really don’t seem to care . Not this one, the girl was very professional and had me wandering why she is working there. She needs to be behind a desk somewhere.

I had a great experience at this car wash! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I pulled in. They took the time to explain the different wash options and made sure I was satisfied with the service. My car came out spotless and looking brand new. It’s clear they care about doing a thorough job and making customers feel valued. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I love this place. Taylor is great and always makes my experience amazing. My car always looks great when I leave. I do wish they had the air pressure sprayers but other than that great!

I’ve always received exceptional service from this car wash. But…let me just say, there was a miscommunication and I was signed up for the monthly subscription by mistake. I came to the wash and explained the situation to the manager and he was very professional and prompt to correct the issue. He was willing to go way above and beyond what I asked of him. Top notch service and a stand up guy 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Shoutout to Taylor at Tidal Wave! Super professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The customer service was excellent and the car wash was fast but thorough. Highly recommend!
