Initially, I planned to cancel my membership after the first month, but that plan quickly changed. The unlimited membership is absolutely worth it! The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and the service is incredibly fast. Getting a high-quality wash whenever I need it is so convenient and has completely won me over.
We had such a great experience at Tidal Wave in Fort Mill! Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure our SUV was thoroughly scrubbed before going through the wash. He was professional, polite, and provided outstanding service. We’ll definitely be coming back!
10/10 would recommend! One of the workers there (Anthony) was very nice and helpful. If you can try to go when he is there, you will have a great experience. The environment was great and now my car is the best it’s ever looked.
The best cat wash service in the area by far. Friendly staff, great service and price. I started with the monthly plan for 1 car, now I have 2 cars on monthly plan.
I never post complaints about anyone on the internet. But today I really disappointed with this place, I always choose the basic car wash service, but since when they have been charged me with membership price $50. Even though I am a membership there are months when I go to wash my car they still charge me for the basic service, so what is the benefit of the membership if I have to pay twice times in one month. I swear with this way of working they will sooner never have any customers to trust them again.
