Such a quick and easy experience! The service here is super fast. It’s awesome that they have towels and cleaning sprays readily available to finish up the job. Overall, a really nice experience at this Fort Mill location.
The way Jack scrubbed deep into my exhaust pipe felt AMAZINGGG!!! He cleared my insides better than anyone before. The hot wet soap made me and my car moist and it washed everything off perfectly. I'd recommend coming to this location if need your insides cleans because of the free vacuum. The men look great there also! That Noah kid is chopped tho.
I visited for the first time last Saturday; it had been recommended to me. The facility is very well-equipped. Its self-service stations are quite comprehensive and have everything you need—drying and cleaning cloths, as well as glass cleaner. They feature dual-station vacuums with good suction power, and something I really appreciated was the hose with a compressed air nozzle—a very useful tool I hadn't seen at other car washes. Jonathan delivered exceptional customer service at the Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Fort Mill, SC. He was professional, attentive, and clearly committed to making sure customers leave happy. He took the time to explain everything, made the process smooth, and ensured my car looked great when it was done. Employees like Jonathan are the reason I’ll keep coming back.
$12 dollars and didn’t even have scrubbers for the front and top of the car, just the sides. So car is still dirty from front to back. Not very clean at all actually. Free Vacuum though!
