Love this place! The customer service is great, and the people are always nice and helpful. They focus on the grit and grime on your vehicle, and you can tell they care about the outcome. With a membership, you can always run through more than once! The manager there is nice as well! Dont get me started on how clean the place is. Much better than one of those drive through do-it-yourself places.
Initially I was going to leave a negative review for this visit because the male employee was more concerned with using his phone rather than performing his duties. Then I saw this young lady name Kyler who was doing an amazing job. She was even doing the job that the other employee wasn't doing. She insured that the customers car was properly brushed before going through the washing process. One employee that takes pride in their job can actually make a major difference in how happy or how dissatisfied the customers will be... read more
I wanted to give kudos to Kyler for always going above and beyond when coming through the wash! She even draws smiley faces on the windows for the kids. Keep up the great work.
