Love this place! The customer service is great, and the people are always nice and helpful. They focus on the grit and grime on your vehicle, and you can tell they care about the outcome. With a membership, you can always run through more than once! The manager there is nice as well! Dont get me started on how clean the place is. Much better than one of those drive through do-it-yourself places.
I experienced a wonderful carwash. My attendant was Que. He was nice, respectful, and very attentive. I am a daily commuter on the interstate, so its hard to keep my white car clean. Que put his back into my prewash. I usually have to wash twice for satisfaction, but not today. One run and squeaky clean. You cant beat it!
This is possibly the best car wash I’ve ever been a member of. The staff at the tidal wave on Atlanta hwy in Montgomery, Al are extremely professional. Q specifically went above the call of duty when I came back through a second time ( no fault to them). He made sure I was satisfied with the service and asked if there was anything that I was unsatisfied with seeing as I had literally went through not even 30 mins prior. Initially I was going to leave a negative review for this visit because the male employee was more concerned with using his phone rather than performing his duties. Then I saw this young lady name Kyler who was doing an amazing job. She was even doing the job that the other employee wasn't doing. She insured that the customers car was properly brushed before going through the washing process. Went by with my boss on a trip through town and was very pleased with the service. The young man working, I believe his name to be Aiden, was very kind and helpful. A lot of times you don’t see smiling faces at carwashes and it was nice to feel welcomed
