This car wash is brand new and very well maintained. The employees are super kind — one of the guys even helped me figure out how to use Tesla’s car wash mode. Another staff member carefully brushed the front, back, and sides of my car so thoroughly that I ended up tipping him extra. The wash tunnel itself is spotless, with strong water jets and a powerful dryer that leaves your car nice and clean. Great location! Pricy, but you get what you pay for, but WHY SO MUCH TIRE SHINE- Is there a way of opting out of the tire shine portion? I spend an hour cleaning the car, on the drive home the tire shine sprays all over the sides- frustrating.
On April 4, 2026, I arrived at the Tidal Wave on Vaughn Rd to wait for them to open at about 7:40 am. Other cars started pulling in to wait for them to open also. At about 8:07 am. A member customer got out of his car to find out why they had not opened, and he was informed by two employees that the manager had not arrived, and they could not open without a manager. So, went there today and spent $30 for their top tier wash. I hate to leave a bad review because every single employee there was so kind and smiled and waved. Amazingly great staff. The wash was not great. I don’t expect it to be perfect. None of them are. I of course used the towels they provide to scrape the leftover bug splat and wipe down the water spots.
