This car wash is brand new and very well maintained. The employees are super kind — one of the guys even helped me figure out how to use Tesla’s car wash mode. Another staff member carefully brushed the front, back, and sides of my car so thoroughly that I ended up tipping him extra. The wash tunnel itself is spotless, with strong water jets and a powerful dryer that leaves your car nice and clean. So, went there today and spent $30 for their top tier wash. I hate to leave a bad review because every single employee there was so kind and smiled and waved. Amazingly great staff. The wash was not great. I don’t expect it to be perfect. None of them are. I of course used the towels they provide to scrape the leftover bug splat and wipe down the water spots. This is by far the best Tidal Wave location I've been too. All other locations I've been to, the employees looked dead inside and the service was lacking. Also, the machines here were much gentler than the other locations. My mirrors weren't forcibly shut and the service from the employees wasn't rushed.
It was a hot Alabama day, yet the entire staff remained professional, friendly, smiled and were engaged with their customers. The entire site was spotless. The strongest vacuums I've used at any car wash.
Today was my first time using this car wash and I must say I was very impressed! The employees were very nice from the time I pulled to the machine to decide which wash I want to the end before I entered the car wash. I love that they have an extra person in between before you get to the actual car wash. This person actually wet brush the passenger side of the your vehicle and once you get closer to the car wash, the other person wet brush the driver side and the back of your vehicle.
