Largely unimpressed. Great staff, but the drive through just did not clean my truck well. Only $20 but did not clean the wheels or the wheel well very much and the sides were still dirty. The vacuums here are fantastic though.
When to tidal wave auto spa. I noticed on my credit card payment that I've been overcharged for 4 car washes that I did not get. I went and spoke to the manager. The manager refused to give me a payment. I showed him the paperwork, and he was that there's nothing he could do. This a learning lesson and will be going to a different one up the street.
I can always tell when different people are opening up the car wash. When the older gentleman (Manager) opens, the tunnel is dialed in to perfection, meaning my mirrors don't get folded/slammed into my windows, the tire shine actually works and the towel roller actually hits both front and back windows. Great experience. Facilities are fantastic. Shade for interior detailing. Amaya prepped my car pre wash like no one has ever done at a drive through car wash. They definitely earned my business going forward
Yesterday, when I opened my credit card bill, I found that Title Wave Car Wash, located on the corner of the Parkway and Hobbs, had overcharged me by four times the agreed-upon rate on two cars, one of which I had never signed up for. When I addressed this issue to the manager on duty, insisting that they refund my charges, he refused to do so and he threatened me.
