I had a great experience at the car wash today! The saleswoman Jocelyn was incredibly friendly, professional, and very helpful. She took the time to explain the different wash packages and made everything simple and stress-free. Her positive attitude and great customer service really stood out. My car came out looking spotless, and the whole visit was a pleasant experience. I truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 🚗✨😊
I will have to say I have never been to a car wash and received the personal relationship that I did at tidal wave. There was a young man and yes, I got his name Scott Melear that was absolutely the friendliest person I’ve ever come in contact with. He offered me all of the different Services told me about all the specials and even got me to laughing, which was very much so needed. On the other hand, the car wash itself was great. I will definitely be coming back. My car shines like a new dollar bill.
To whom it concerns, Lately the service and, prices have not reflect the level of standards you guys offered in the past. I work 3rd shift I would get mine luxury vehicle washed atleast 3 times a week especially in the morning around 8 am ish. For the past few month there are cones in the morning put up longer able to get my car washed clearly past 8 am. When it wasn't a issue in the past. I love these car washes for their convenience but the customer service is always great. I met a super nice & helpful young lady named Jocelyn my last time there. Next time I’ll be sure to bring a tip for the youngins.
Scott and Bruce did one heck of job at this facility. They did an outstanding job with customer service and cleaning our vehicle very throughly before they entered the wash. Would recommend coming to this car wash.
