Absolutely fantastic experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash around 9 am on 7/7/26! Two extremely nice team members (an older gentleman and a younger, taller guy) spent a solid 10 minutes meticulously scrubbing every bug and bit of grime off my truck. Their attention to detail was incredible and they clearly took pride in their work. For a single $20 car wash, this is the kind of service that justifies the price! Thanks, again!
I had a great experience at the car wash today! The saleswoman Jocelyn was incredibly friendly, professional, and very helpful. She took the time to explain the different wash packages and made everything simple and stress-free. Her positive attitude and great customer service really stood out. Great experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa! The wash was quick and my car came out looking really clean. The place is well kept and the vacuums work great. I also want to give a shoutout to Jocelyn—she was super helpful and had great customer service. She made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
To whom it concerns, Lately the service and, prices have not reflect the level of standards you guys offered in the past. I work 3rd shift I would get mine luxury vehicle washed atleast 3 times a week especially in the morning around 8 am ish. For the past few month there are cones in the morning put up longer able to get my car washed clearly past 8 am. When it wasn't a issue in the past.
