It was my first and last time ever going to this car wash. This car wash stained probably permanently my 1994 honda del sol paint cause of the tire acid cleaner. I have spent so many different ways and hours to remove the acid stains but it doesn’t want to come off.
Britt, the manager always goes above and beyond. Everyone’s always friendly and car wash leaves car pretty dang clean
I have been going to this car wash over the past 10+ years. It has been under different names. I have been a faithful customer. My wife went and spent $26 for a moderate package and we noticed the next morning that the car was not completely clean and there was residue, etc. We went to the car wash and the manager was fairly unprofessional? Not really warm or friendly. We were just asking to rinse the car off. He said we needed to do it the same day. I had an awesome experience at Tidal Wave! Caleb was super helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. He was friendly, professional, and really went the extra mile to provide great customer service. The wash itself was fast and effective, and my car looked amazing afterward. Definitely recommend this location great staff and great service!
