Had a great experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa on John Hawkins Parkway. The staff was super friendly, the wash was quick, and my car looked spotless afterward. Wyatt especially went above and beyond with customer service and made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had!

Worst car wash ever they rushed me through scrubbed half of my windshield didn't scrub. The bugs on the front at all cost me $30. Literally, no one else was in line. They should've done a better job for that amount of money.
An entire flock of birds decided to use my car as a personal bathroom, I mean covered from front to back. Stopped by here before work and they ensured me that they would get it off no matter what, the guys who do the pre soak really put in some elbow grease to get a majority of it off before I went through the automated wash. Amazing service from staff and the wash did a great job cleaning my car. I’ll definitely be getting a membership!
