I belong to their membership club, and get my wife’s car washed there every week. This is a great car wash in the Hoover area if you’re looking for a good value. The only thing I wish they had was the blower that a lot of newer car washes are having these days. They have a separate section after your car wash that you can wipe down the windows, vacuum the car, and do other final touches. I definitely recommend.
I took my car here last week, and I was super impressed! The whole process was quick and efficient, and my car has never looked so clean. Brodie was friendly and helpful, and the prices were really reasonable. I'll definitely be making this my regular car wash spot!
This Tidal Wave location is amazing, It is now a part of my daily routine just to come and get a car wash at this location! Staff is very helpful and they want your car to be as clean as possible, not like these other car washes! Will was a great example of this today as he pressure washed all my wheels and they came out perfect! This location will have your car looking fantastic.

The people that work there are nice and the automated car wash does a decent job, but there have been too many occasions where it is closed for maintenance. You cannot call the location directly to find out if it is open, so you're stuck with driving there hoping you don't waste your time. After being a member for three years, I quit.
