I stopped by to run my car through the wash and was helped at the gate by Brody, who did a wonderful job explaining the packages available. He wasn’t pushy at all, which I truly appreciated. I decided to go with the trial and paid $45 instead of $15 for a single wash, which gave me unlimited washes. Honestly, with spring rolling in and pollen covering everything like it’s trying to claim ownership, that was the best decision I could’ve made. Had a great experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa on John Hawkins Parkway. The staff was super friendly, the wash was quick, and my car looked spotless afterward. Wyatt especially went above and beyond with customer service and made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had!
The car wash was adequate but nothing special. The vacuum area wasn't great. For some reason they closed all the vacuums with shade so you get to vacuum in full sun. The first vacuum I pulled up to did not work. I think other car washes, like Big Drip, are a better value.

I arrived at 7:30 PM. There were people on the other side of the car wash vacuuming etc. I was not able to get in and it appeared that there was no attendant there. The sign said you were open. Won’t be back! Also I tried to get an individual wash and I didn’t realize you had to tap on the tiny little circle that said “single wash” so I just tapped on the block and you guys tried to sign me up for unlimited. Thankfully I noticed in time, very tricky maneuver on your part, actually quite sleazy.
