Very poor service never know when they're going to be open. Unlimited does not mean unlimited. I've only had my membership for less than a month. I will not be renewing and I wish I could get my money back. Any of the other car washes is far superior.
I have zero complaints when it comes to the service and smiles at my Decatur Tidal Wave!! Young guy his name starts with a J maybe Javan goes above to know each and every customer!! Keep up the great work
I travel a lot for work. I have been to a bunch of carwashes. This one is a step above the rest. I had accumulated a bunch of bugs on the front and my side mirrors. I didn’t think there was anyway they would come off in a drive through car wash. Well the 2 lady’s working that day, took a lot of extra time in getting the bugs off of this truck. I was very impressed. They took this 25 dollar wash to a 100 dollar wash. I definitely will stop every time I am in Decatur.
Overall good experience as usual but particularly today as I spent more time here. Due to the weather has my truck more dirty than ever. The staff were waving and friendly while working. Great service from all the staff shout to Emma attentive and sweet as she noticed my truck needed extra attention she washed thoroughly in a timely manner. Thank you for helping me.
