Good car wash, customer service not so much. Signed up for family plan. 4 times issues with my account, 15 minute ordeal each time. One issue excusable as replacement debit car had new number. Last visit “everything fixed”. Today gate didn’t open. Mgr said my account didn’t exist. I said just let me out of here. Upon departing the Mgr said I had been rude and was not going to fix the account issue. Sorry snowflake, maybe customer service is not your vocation.
Overall good experience as usual but particularly today as I spent more time here. Due to the weather has my truck more dirty than ever. The staff were waving and friendly while working. Great service from all the staff shout to Emma attentive and sweet as she noticed my truck needed extra attention she washed thoroughly in a timely manner. Thank you for helping me. I also had to use the restroom while here and it was clean. Thanks you Tidal Crew
Before my car go in to the washing area they scrubbed pretty well the front and back of my car every time that I come here I can see the difference between this carwash and some other ones that I had tried before. Also they have a cleaning station, with vacuums and cleaning clothes and sprays so you can finish up the interior. Friendly staff great service.
Damani was very professional and kind. Had problems with a window and he came to help me out quickly and I appreciate his dedication to helping people. God bless that guy🙏🏽
