Overall good experience as usual but particularly today as I spent more time here. Due to the weather has my truck more dirty than ever. The staff were waving and friendly while working. Great service from all the staff shout to Emma attentive and sweet as she noticed my truck needed extra attention she washed thoroughly in a timely manner. Thank you for helping me. I also had to use the restroom while here and it was clean. Thanks you Tidal Crew
I love this car wash. The people here really do go above and beyond pre-cleaning your car and the wash itself is perfect.. except that I pay for the Shine 'n Dry service and the wheel never works. I let it go the first few times, thinking it just needed repairs. It has been over a month now and I'm not getting the service I pay for. If it wasn't for this problem, I'd give them 5 stars.
Before my car go in to the washing area they scrubbed pretty well the front and back of my car every time that I come here I can see the difference between this carwash and some other ones that I had tried before. Also they have a cleaning station, with vacuums and cleaning clothes and sprays so you can finish up the interior. Friendly staff great service.

This is one of the best Tidal Wave car washes I have been to in North Alabama. Amber done a wonderful job scrubbing my car before I entered the car wash! She was very friendly and informative!
