Had a funeral to go to and wanted to do a half decent job of having a clean ride. This place is amazing. Good wash, lots of towels and cleaner. I went over everything and I had filmed a lot of tractor pulls so the Expedition was a bit dirty. I was totally thrilled with the tires so I had to apply some extra Bull Snot Shine A Bull on them. Really enjoyed the wash on a really tough time.
I had a great experience thanks to Thomas at the carwash. He was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. My car looked spotless and he paid attention to the small details that really made a difference. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like he did. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Thomas to others!

The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they consistently give the car a thorough soapy scrub-down before it enters the wash—something other places sometimes skip. My car and wheels always come out noticeably cleaner, and I really appreciate the towels and supplies available when using the vacuums. Landon at the Highway 72 location provided excellent customer service. I’ll definitely keep using Tidal W.
My husband and I love this car wash! One time through has our vehicles shining. We've had issues lately with our fast passes and each time, the staff does their best to fix the problem. Everybody who works here is very friendly and polite. Landon especially goes out of his way to make sure your car wash experience is great with his excellent customer service!!!
Tidal Wave was giving away free car washes, and I decided to take advantage. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly. The car wash it self, like most drive-through car washes, was not perfect, but it was the best I’ve ever had. They offered free cleaning supplies. (Towels, Widow/surface cleaner). I actually was there about two hours detailing my car inside and out. They were very accommodating and said that they would never rush me if I were to buy a membership.
