Absolutely love Tidal Wave! Really got my car looking great. However because of the one location in Florence in cancelled my membership & went with another car wash that has more locations.
I’ve been coming to tidal wave since May of this year. At least twice a week, sometimes three or four, and they are honestly hands down the best car wash I’ve been too. I never stick to just one because personally, they all suck. But this one…everyone is so kind. They make sure your card is spotless!! I just really enjoy the environment and experience you get here. 10 out of 10!!! Would recommend!
I love coming here to get my car cleaned. My only issue is there is two lines. One for members and one for nonmembers. If I pull up being a member I have to wait for the nonmembers that was in line 1st to go. I get it first come first serve but ain’t one of the perks of being a member is getting to bypass all that
I had a membership here for a month and really wanted to love this place, but it just never cleaned my car very well. Especially compared to competitor car washes. I'd also end up with random scratches on my car. I really loved the fact that they had unlimited cloths and spray by the vacuums to help clean your cars interior or exterior. Other car washes should really take note and add this to their facilities. I gave this place numerous tries, and I was just never satisfied with the job done.
This is hands down the best car wash in the area. I took my truck and got it washed. It had been sitting in the yard and had pollen all over it. The staff was amazing. They sprayed and brushed it multiple times to help get the grime off. They were kind and helpful. I will definitely be going back and my truck looked amazing!
