We came through today at the Florence location in my husbands truck, and needed to renew his pass. We originally purchased his pass at the Florence location and he goes through all the time. The guy at the front (shoulder length curly hair, with beard (salt and pepper hair), would not let us renew the pass and go through the wash because he said “it looks too wide”. Absolutely love Tidal Wave! Really got my car looking great. However because of the one location in Florence in cancelled my membership & went with another car wash that has more locations.

At that time, I was told I could join their membership club using that $15 payment, with a recurring monthly fee of $24.95 starting in 30 days. Tidal Wave is unlike any other. Thoroughly impressed with the services at the one in Florence. I bet there wasn't a single bug on the front end before I entered the wash. The person started with the typical brush, you know the kind that the other chains slap your car with once and send it? Then proceeded to clean deeper with some sort of cleaning wipe, and finally went over it with a sponge. Remarkable.
