We have a membership, so we get our car wash pretty often. We love that the attendant always brushes off the grill, hood & roof. Because we travel at night a lot, there's always a lot of bugs stuck on there. We live out in the county, so we have a chert driveway and we park near trees that leave sap. Absolutely love Tidal Wave! Really got my car looking great. However because of the one location in Florence in cancelled my membership & went with another car wash that has more locations.

At that time, I was told I could join their membership club using that $15 payment, with a recurring monthly fee of $24.95 starting in 30 days. Tidal Wave is always great, but today James made the experience even better! He was so helpful and incredibly kind! He told us he prepped over 100 cars just today! His hard work and positive attitude really stood out.
I pulled up with bikes in my bed not realizing that I couldn't go through there. Brad at the stand where you pull up at was super nice. He explained it to me and even got them out of my truck for me. I offered to get out and help, but he insisted I just sit there and he'd take care of it all for me. He was super professional, and I really appreciated the service.!
