We used to have a membership on our F-150. At that time, the tires come out past the wheel wells about 2-3 inches. We'd go throughht it pretty frequently. We don't have a membership anymore. Tidal Wave is always great, but today James made the experience even better! He was so helpful and incredibly kind! He told us he prepped over 100 cars just today! His hard work and positive attitude really stood out.
I pulled up with bikes in my bed not realizing that I couldn't go through there. Brad at the stand where you pull up at was super nice. He explained it to me and even got them out of my truck for me. I offered to get out and help, but he insisted I just sit there and he'd take care of it all for me. He was super professional, and I really appreciated the service.!
