Absolutely love Tidal Wave! Really got my car looking great. However because of the one location in Florence in cancelled my membership & went with another car wash that has more locations.
I’ve been coming to tidal wave since May of this year. At least twice a week, sometimes three or four, and they are honestly hands down the best car wash I’ve been too. I never stick to just one because personally, they all suck. But this one…everyone is so kind. They make sure your card is spotless!! I just really enjoy the environment and experience you get here. 10 out of 10!!! Would recommend!
We came through today at the Florence location in my husbands truck, and needed to renew his pass. We originally purchased his pass at the Florence location and he goes through all the time. The guy at the front (shoulder length curly hair, with beard (salt and pepper hair), would not let us renew the pass and go through the wash because he said “it looks too wide”. I stopped by this car wash today and left genuinely blown away. My car went in dusty, dull, and covered in road grime—and came out looking brand new. The staff was friendly, quick, and clearly took pride in what they do. Every detail was spotless: the windows were crystal clear, the interior smelled fresh, and even the tires had that perfect shine.
Tidal Wave is always great, but today James made the experience even better! He was so helpful and incredibly kind! He told us he prepped over 100 cars just today! His hard work and positive attitude really stood out.
