Lewis and his team are always so helpful, from getting you fixed up with a microfiber and some elbow grease, or being hospitable while my wife and I waited for the locksmith to find my car key in my very locked car. I travel a lot and I usually stop and wash my truck at different car washes along the way and I just want to say this car wash is by far the best car wash I have ever stopped at. They take care of the place very good everything works the way it should and before you enter the car wash there is someone or some times 2 standing out under a tent and they literally scrub the bugs or anything else that be stuck to your vehicle. This is by far the best car wash in town & I've had nothing but wonderful things to say about the customer service as well! All employees were super friendly & helpful. Chris was especially helpful & was very knowledgeable about his job & cars in general. Will def be spreading the word to anyone I know! Thanks guys!
Excellent service at Tidal Wave on Wilson Dam Road. The staff is always eager and willing to prep the car before entering the wash tunnel and they always bring service with a smile. I’ve been in management for several years now and I know leadership when I see it. Luis Silva is a valuable asset to the team there and he will have a bright future at the Tidal Wave!!! I was driving through and decided to stop by since my child spilled something in the car and I have the membership. This location is hands down the nicest location I’ve ever been to! Super super friendly and thorough!
