Listen: Ya’ll don’t know service like the Tidal Wave in Muscle Shoals. Lewis and his team are always so helpful, from getting you fixed up with a microfiber and some elbow grease, or being hospitable while my wife and I waited for the locksmith to find my car key in my very locked car. Point being: if you’re local, this is the one to go to. Get the membership and visit them all the way out to Huntsville (that’s the furthest I’ve been). Best wash by far. The manager, Miss Wilson, was the most friendliest person I've ever met. She runs the team like a pro. I definitely recommend this place 10 out of 10 stars. Excellent.
I came by to get my car washed at this establishment and when I got out to vacuum the interior of my vehicle, I inadvertently dropped my $170.00 dollar headphone and didn't realize it. Later on I reached for them and discovered them missing. To make a long story short, one of the employees at Tidal Wash found them and when I asked if anyone had found a pair of headphones the employees said Lewis did and when talking to Lewis he promptly stated that he found them and returned them to me. Ran through today and ended up with scratches all over my hood. Was very disappointed. I had just signed up for their monthly service too. Can't trust any of these places in my opinion. That's what I get for trying I guess. I'm pretty sure this happened when one of the workers was using a truck brush on the front of my ride.
