If you know your car wash is broken then shut down. Dry running cars through the brushes is unacceptable. Workers hardcore pre washed my wife’s vehicle before sending her through without letting her know the carwash wasn’t working properly. They soaked the car previous to entering because they knew there’s no running water or soap being dispensed. We’ll be canceling this membership. Pictures are of scratches and a dent that are presumably from this car wash.
Camry did a great job explaining the types of car washes to me. He and Jen scrubbed the bugs and junk off my car before it went through the carwash. They were both very helpful, kind and did a great job! I will be back!
What’s the point of having a free tire air up station if the employees park there? Why do I pay premium prices when I can’t even access the amenities? We’ve had issues after issue with this place. Charging us twice for our monthly pass on MULTIPLE occasions. Giving us a lower tier wash on multiple occasions when we pay for the “best one.” The towels are always soured and stink. At least the employees are nice, but that doesn’t make everything else right. I do not reccomend

Listen: Ya’ll don’t know service like the Tidal Wave in Muscle Shoals. Lewis and his team are always so helpful, from getting you fixed up with a microfiber and some elbow grease, or being hospitable while my wife and I waited for the locksmith to find my car key in my very locked car. Point being: if you’re local, this is the one to go to. Get the membership and visit them all the way out to Huntsville (that’s the furthest I’ve been).
