I’ve been a Tidal Wave Customer since 2020 and it is the best car washing place I’ve ever used. They offer the best deals, promotions, and honestly is overall affordable. I have never had any issues with getting my car washed here or any problems with the customer service. Staff are ALWAYS friendly and courtious. I drive through 3-5 times a week and my truck always looks great afterward. Way easier than doing it myself and a great value considering my time is valuable.
What a great car wash experience at Tidal Wave in Harvest, Alabama! On my way back from the beach. Thought about salt on my vehicle. Knew I needed a good wash all over. Thanks to Faith and to Lane for being helpful and assuring me I would get a great wash to protect my car! The facility was top notch! If I wasn’t a member, I would definitely join. Harvest, Alabama, Tidal Wave will be a stopping point for me on future trips! My SUV looks great!!
I am a car guy for sure, and typically swear by handwashing my vehicle, but whenever I’m in a rush or don’t have the time to detail how I want to, Tidal Wave does the job every time- specially my man Mike in Harvest. I have had the monthly payment plan for over a year now. This car wash is down half the time by my accounts. Just this last week this is the 2nd time it is down. They will pay employees to sit out there to tell people the car wash is broken, but why not pay someone to fix it. Most of the time it is working, something within the car wash is broken and you don't get what you are paying for.
