Questioning why I paid $30. The staff was friendly and the wash was quick. I was happy that there were open slots to vacuum. The vacuum however barely suctioned… I still have so much grass in my car. As the pictures show, there are streaks of dirt everywhere. Some of my tire got cleaned, but the job looks unfinished. I hoped this place would be better since it’s right down the road from my house. Guess I’ll have to venture further out for a better wash.
Outstanding service at Harvest Tidal Wave Car Wash! The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was thoroughly cleaned. We had to go through the wash a second time because of our larger vehicle, and the team took extra care and attention to ensure it came out spotless. A bird took revenge on my car at work. It was horrible. Looked like I had a white car with purple poke-a-dots. Mike at Tidal Wave in Harvest did an amazing job getting it all off.
I had a great experience at Tidal Wave today! Lane and TJ did a fantastic job cleaning my car and left it looking amazing. Aspen went above and beyond answering all my questions about adding another vehicle to my account with patience and a great attitude. The whole staff was friendly, professional, and made the visit completely stress free. Will definitely be back!
UPDATE: I have received a call from the supervisor. She is a fantastic person who listened and helped. I updated my score because she was very helpful and treated me with kindness and respect. I had a very unpleasant experience on Sunday after taking my mom to the ER. On my way home, I stopped at the car wash in Harvest, Alabama.
