Outstanding service at Harvest Tidal Wave Car Wash! The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was thoroughly cleaned. We had to go through the wash a second time because of our larger vehicle, and the team took extra care and attention to ensure it came out spotless. Their commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for excellent service and a great car wash experience!
Wanted to take a moment to shout out some of the crew at TWAS HEY 53/Jeff Rd. I’ve had multiple recent visits trying to keep up with natures hatred toward white vehicles, particularly birds with a heavy berry diet. Binny has been amazing with his attitude and attention to detail across all visits! A few extra moments to put extra effort in can be a pain on a hot day, but it does not go unnoticed. Will definitely be a consistent customer for Lane and her team moving forward! She’s doing a great job taking care of folks!
Such a fun car wash experience. There were 4 guys- And they’re literally so cool. T and Aspen and two others that I forget their names(sorry guys!) They gave my kiddos popsicles and were just overall helpful w great customer service. Top notch and will stop every time I’m over on this side of town!
A bird took revenge on my car at work. It was horrible. Looked like I had a white car with purple poke-a-dots. Mike at Tidal Wave in Harvest did an amazing job getting it all off.
I had a great experience at Tidal Wave today! Lane and TJ did a fantastic job cleaning my car and left it looking amazing. Aspen went above and beyond answering all my questions about adding another vehicle to my account with patience and a great attitude. The whole staff was friendly, professional, and made the visit completely stress free. Will definitely be back!
