I’ve been a Tidal Wave Customer since 2020 and it is the best car washing place I’ve ever used. They offer the best deals, promotions, and honestly is overall affordable. I have never had any issues with getting my car washed here or any problems with the customer service. Tidal wave did a great job! I live out on a farm and my truck was well over due for a wash and the closing crew tonight hopped in the bed of the truck it was pressure washing and scrubbing the top sides, front and back to get off any sap, residue and dirt before we drove through the wash . My truck came out brand new definitely happy with the services from the crew will be back !
We don’t clean our cars often but when we do in our local area off Jeff road we select this location as the staff is always good and they have rags with the vacuums unlike other places. Specifically the review for today is the situation they were in which was an issue that shutdown everything and no one could pay for a wash. Overall, the place was clean. When I first pulled up, no one was in line. I tried to figure out their system so I could get a membership since it was close to where I work now. I’ve always used Mr car wash they’ve always had a spectacular service. Finally, a girl came out to help me After about five minutes as I was pulling up to the bay. Pleasant surprise at the car wash…all the car washes were free for a day! They had some computer issues, but made the most of it and the customers were taken care of in the nicest way. Good job, guys!
