My truck had bird sh*! all over it so decided to go back here. Gotten a couple car washes here before I decided to join the monthly club. Formerly had one at Mister down the road and I just didn’t feel like they provided the best wash experience. They didn’t even provide towels to wipe down your vehicle. Hi David, I had a run in with this gentleman in the picture where I went into the vacuum to vacuum my car and one of the washers came over and asked did I have a membership I showed him the sticker and then I showed him my payment. I told him after I’m finished vacuuming I am coming through the wash and he said ok and walked away. Then the other guy in the picture came over and said hey come through and pay for the vacuum. I absolutely LOVE having the ability to get my car looking fantastic at any time. The crew are always so awesome, they get the schmutz off the windows, bugs off the bumpers and send me through the wash for the rest of the process. The after-wash vacuum/trash clean up area was a very pleasant surprise, the suction was impressive and got even the grass bits out of the carpet! I highly recommend Tidal Wave Car Wash! The people here are AMAZING! Every staff member, manager, and owner we’ve met has been cheerful, helpful, and professional. This review is not about them — they are fantastic. We currently pay for the “unlimited” wash plan — in fact, we have two, one for each of our cars. We were recently surprised to learn that “unlimited” actually means one wash per day. First time there tonight. Couple of observations: Pros: Very clean facility Very friendly staff. Excellent job prewashing the Jeep prior to entering the wash.
