Paid $30 for a car wash and left with my car still very dirty in multiple spots. For that kind of money, I expect the car to be fairly clean after being washed, but that was not the case at Tidal Wave. Would not recommend.
I have been getting my work truck washed here for a few months now. I actually upgraded to a monthly plan that gives me unlimited washes. Tidal Wave cleans my Ram 3500 better than any other auto wash to date. The service is very good and they prewash my vehicle before it is launched into the magic tunnel! The staff is always courteous and kind. The vacuum stations are excellent with super suction multiple vacs. The service here is amazing! The employees always go the extra mile to ensure our vehicle is fairly clean even before going through the car wash. Today they definitely had their work cut out and like the awesome crew they are spent a lot of time cleaning the hot mess of bird poop off the car! Thank you all for being so mindful of your customers!
The best car wash hands down! I came in because 100 birds decided to poop on myWHITE car! I appreciate the staff and I’m assuming to be the manager for coming out of his office to pressure wash my car !! Went above a $17 car wash ! I appreciate it. I passed several car washes from downtown, just to go to this one !
Camden sold me a membership a while back and has always been so nice when I come by and get my wash. Always makes sure to get my car squeaky clean! Definitely recommend this car wash’
