My truck had bird sh*! all over it so decided to go back here. Gotten a couple car washes here before I decided to join the monthly club. Formerly had one at Mister down the road and I just didn’t feel like they provided the best wash experience. They didn’t even provide towels to wipe down your vehicle. This place provides towels and honestly I think their wash does the best job of cleaning g my vehicles hands down. Plus the employees seem more committed and happy to be there. I absolutely LOVE having the ability to get my car looking fantastic at any time. The crew are always so awesome, they get the schmutz off the windows, bugs off the bumpers and send me through the wash for the rest of the process. The after-wash vacuum/trash clean up area was a very pleasant surprise, the suction was impressive and got even the grass bits out of the carpet! I highly recommend Tidal Wave Car Wash! The people here are AMAZING! Every staff member, manager, and owner we’ve met has been cheerful, helpful, and professional. This review is not about them — they are fantastic. We currently pay for the “unlimited” wash plan — in fact, we have two, one for each of our cars. We were recently surprised to learn that “unlimited” actually means one wash per day. I normally use the Decatur location but I was in the area. While vacuuming my vehicle a piece holding my seat belt to the floor was sucked up by the vacuum.. I took a chance by asking if it was possible to get it out and there were 2 gentlemen who were very helpful and willing to retrieve it with no problem! Spectacular service and when in the area in the future, I will use the Madison location!
no drive thru car wash has ever taken the time to scrub the front of my car and behind my mirrors and walk all the way around the car to spray & hand wash it before going through. I didn’t even buy one of the top tier washes either. Very kind people - I was impressed!
