Tidal Wave Auto Spa is my go to spot for car washes. They do a great job every time and the car always looks spotless. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the line moves quickly. Prices are good for the quality you get. Highly recommend if you like your car looking new.
Robin and her crew are some of the most kind professional people and I had the best car wash i have had in a long time. Their equipment is up to order, and their customer service is even better. Definitely check it out if you’re in Scottsboro.
I followed the exact instructions at the start of the wash—put my van in neutral, hands off the wheel, no brakes. Despite that, the attendant had to place his hand on the van to slow it down, and once I was in the tunnel, I was met with staff yelling “Neutral!” repeatedly. The wash stopped, I rolled down my window, and again I pointed to show them—yes, the van was in neutral. Afterward, I tried to explain what happened to the manager. Something is always broke down. They limit the spray they put on your car. They have this excuse of spraying only one side. They say they can't go in front of your car. There's nothing stopping them from spraying the passenger side without going in front of the car. They have a very stretching hose. The quality of the wish is lacking. I just got home from the car wash. I had to wipe the dirt off my back window!! What ever happened to customer satisfaction???
This place is amazing ! It was hot outside and Sonny worked really hard in it and helped me with everything I needed to get my car clean !! Appreciate this place so much
