Great location when they're actually open. Quite frequently do not open up at 8:00 as mentioned on their website and Google listing. Also have had issues with them being open until 6:00 p.m. as stated on both locations as well. This morning came by at 8:30 Aunt. Everyone was outside but the cones were blocking the entry same last Tuesday at 5:30. When I came by, the coins were already blocking and it appeared everyone was in the vacuum Lanes hanging out
Place is closed more than open. Just went by today and workers have cones up and they are washing a girls car over to the side!!! Bay doors are open so they are not closed. And it’s 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon. They don’t close till 9pm
Let me start out saying I have a subscription at Tidal Wave and when signed up this location was awesome. Something has happened over the last several months and the wash and service is not awesome anymore. They are closed when they are supposed to be open. They shutdown for service 2 days before it is known it is going to rain for several days when they could perform the service. New Site leader Matthew is starting out right!! Getting this wash back to the way it used to work. We own black truck that always has a lot of bugs in the grill and it was super clean today when we dried it off! Love this car wash for Scottsboro!!
This place started out excellent when it first opened. The man that introduced himself as the owner was there regularly and the employees seemed to work hard. I have paid monthly for between 2-3 cars at $100-$150/month since shortly after this car wash opened. I have been very disappointed lately. These car washes don’t do great at cleaning bugs off the front of the vehicles or back windows which is why they either have buckets/brushes available for customers or they provide this service for you.
