Tidal Wave is by far the best car wash location in Greer. Excellent service with great prices. Prince is very kind and friendly and most importantly knowledgeable of the chemicals and products that are used on my vehicle. If I could give 10 stars I would ! Thank you for your service
Decided to try this car wash since I’m a member at another car wash on Wade Hampton Blvd. was not impressed with either the customer service nor the quality of my wash there were like six brushes out for a pre-scrub before going into the actual car wash none of them were used by the time I pulled out of the actual car wash. My car was still soaking wet despite paying for the $30 car wash, there’s water spots all over my windows then when I’m in the vacuum bay, trying to clean off all of the water spots and all the dirt that ... read more
Slightly disappointed in that the car doesn't come clean as well as it did in the past, so now have changed to the lowest level wash. That makes it ok,,, shiny from 20-30 ft away. I prefer that over the paint stripper level chemicals some car washes use.
So I don’t know what kind of god of wind they have operating their vacuums but my car hasn’t been cleaned since a beach trip in July and I feel like every last bit of sand and dog hair and dust and grime was sucked away into the netherworld. They were easy to access, multiple attachments, air compressor blower, and copious amounts of towels and spray to wipe down the inside. Definitely recommend it!
Checked out the promo of a free first wash of the highest teir for the grand opening. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The wash was very good. The only thing I didn't feel did a good job was the tire shine. I live on a gravel road and my rig was covered in mud. So it put everything to the test. The only parts that were not washed perfectly were two humps of the rear wheels, and the wheel wells were still dirty. But not a big deal considering the state I brought it in.
